Shout out to Rosie. So kind, easy, and nice. Was able to help me break down what my insurance would cover. Sucks that my insurance only covered it once a year. But glad to come back again next year for a new frame. Also Dr. Sinquin for supporting in making sure I get the recommendations needed.

Dr. Eli performed orbital surgery for me more than ten years ago.

Great knowledgeable optometrist and a pleasant staff. Very patient with trying on many pairs and giving advice.

Was able to get a same day appointment in the morning, I came in early and they were able to do my exam early. The virtual exam with a Dr via teleconference was neat. The two ladies there were very helpful in getting me a new pair of glasses to suit my style and needs, not easy when you got a small head! Highly recommend this place!

Dr. Thurber is simply the best there is. I am an RN and have worked with others in the area during cataract surgery. The patients were ran through like cattle. Dr. Thurber is professional, prompt, gifted and one of the kindest people one can have the pleasure of meeting. I can not recommend him more.

As a registered nurse as well as a patient of Dr. Gross for more than 5 years I can recommend him for his treatment, care and education of his patients. When I first came to him I was unable to see from my right eye due to damage done by another doctor. Most times other physicians are hands off when injury has been done by another physician. He has worked with my vision and although not perfect, I can actually see from that eye again. NOTE: Do not let a disgruntled employee stop you from getting a good quality of care. After all, they are DISGRUNTLED AND SHOW UNPROFESSIONALISM!!

Called ahead and was told to go in before 10am for a walk in provider for a shoulder injury, went in and was sent home because they “couldn’t see me” until 2:45 pm, wasted gas for no reason and wasn’t even checked out. Was told to wait until a cancellation happened as if I don’t have other errands to run.

Beyond her expertise, this optometrist possessed a genuine passion for her work. She demonstrated a deep care for her patients' well-being and went above and beyond to ensure their comfort throughout the entire appointment. Her friendly demeanor created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making me feel at ease from the moment I entered her office.

My experience AEI was wonderful. Had cataracts in both eyes the right one being worse. Dr.Phelan and staff was very outstanding and polite. Explain all through the surgery what he was doing. Staff was very concerned with me and my issues. Awesome people. I’m 59 years old and see better now than I have in 15 years
