I visit Laguna Eye Care annually for a check on my eye health. As a diabetic an eye health baseline is important for my peace of mind. I feel Dr. Goldman is capable and thorough. The clinic is operated professionally. The service delivery is efficient and timely. I have been very pleased with the lenses I have purchased.

Thank you Mike for assisting me with my new glass frame that had a small defect in the frame after a few weeks. My glasses were re-ordered at no cost. Mike and his staff are friendly, easy to work with despite being a very busy store and they have a great selection of frames. I've been a customer for many years and this most recent experience is why - I always receive great assistance with my eyeglass selection, fitting and repairing if I have any problems. Well…. Walked in on Saturday afternoon 9/9/23. Looked at frames in EVERY single display. Tried on at least 25 frames, so it should have been obvious I was a serious customer. Problem is for the 25-30 minutes I was there, NOT ONE EMPLOYEE said a word or acknowledged me. Walked 1/2 block down and HAPPILY spent my 700 at My Eye Dr.

The staff is very professional, the doctor is very thorough. The other assistants are courteous, very patient and will gladly help you pick the best frames. I would recommend SVS very prompt service.

I saw the doctor, he said I need cataract surgery they gave me an appointment for test before surgery in Glendale, I went and there I was told someone would call to schedule surgery but no one did, after waiting and waiting I finally called and was told they didn't do the entire test I was sent back to Glendale after that I again waited for the call to schedule surgery and again after waiting for more than a week I called because no one called me, then I was told that Glendale did not do the test correctly and had to go back; when I asked why no one called me to let me know the surgery coordinator's answer was that she had 18 other patients to take care of. Obviously the other patients were more important than me. I have not experienced such unprofessionalism at at doctor's office. I called my doctor and she's sending me to a different Ophthalmologist.

I have been coming here since I was a kid and I guess as a kid you don’t really understand or see much, but as I started getting older I started to realize how rude the staff was. I used to see Dr. Geiger and he was amazing. For some reason I was changed to the other one and he made every visit a dread. The people who deals with the glasses part were also very rude, I remember being 8/9 years old and them giving me a hard time as if I was their child, very unprofessional. I used to love this place, even paid to be seen by them when they stopped taking my insurance because of how well their care was. I think it’s just all businesses in Perth Amboy going down hill.
