They won’t let me see Dr Williams they won’t accept my insurance and won’t let me pay in cash the doctor is excellent but front office is bad they called me the day before my appointment and canceled I have been going to the doctor sense 2017

Both me an my 12 year old son had appointments the same day. He picked on my son cause he kept getting his d an b wrong. Said that my son needed to practice with flash cards an kept rubbing it in. Put both of us in bifocals. Picked up my sons glasses first an he could not wear them cause they gave him a headache an where 2 strong. Was cleaning them that night an noticed chip marks all over the lenses. I picked up mine an tried them on an felt an instant headache. Was cleaning them on the way home an noticed a huge chip mark in mine also. Why weren't they looked over when they got them in?. Worst place ever

I went to get some safety glasses for work in August. They kept giving me the run around as to why the glasses weren’t there yet. They never once called me and update me. I had to keep calling them to see what was going on and I finally got them in November. It took them 3 months to receive them. Wouldn’t recommend this place

Been here more than 5 times already. Personal is actually really nice! Prices for exam, glasses etc is actually really reasonable!!!

I was not sure how the registration kiosk would work, but it was so easy! The front desk staff are ready and willing to help if a problem arises. Every staff member is so nice and helpful. Dr. Sherman is very willing to listen and answer any questions you have.

Very friendly and welcoming. The wait time was under 5 minutes to be seen. They order my glass which came in with in a week and they fitted them on me. Fit like a glove.

Have nothing but great experiences with the eye clinic part and the Doctor! The vendor that you can *BUY glasses from was very good until until a different company took over (in 2020 I believe), then when seriously downhill in terms of service and eyeglasses quality. But not going to ding the clinic side for that.

Excellent experience! I did the surgery this Thursday, and I am able to see just like a normal person now! The surgery was not that scary as I thought, Dr and his team are very helpful and patient, he was encouraging me the whole time during the surgery! I am very glad that I chose this place for my eyes!

I had been misdiagnosed at the emergency room and had been in a lot of pain and discomfort. Once I explained my situation they made sure to fit me into their already busy schedule as a new patient ASAP. Dr. Contreras & his medical team were all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Contreras quickly made me feel at ease. I felt confident that I was receiving expert care I especially loved how Dr. Contreras took his time to explain my condition with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit and the doctor's demeanor has really put me at ease. Walked away, very impressed with the overall experience. I HIGHLY recommend.

Had an unfortunate experience losing my glasses in the ocean. After I found my prescription, the fantastic folks at Eyes on Lincoln were able to get new lenses cut and fit on the same day. I highly recommend this shop for both their efficiency and fantastic customer service.
