I had the worst experience of my life before my eye surgery. I had to wait three hours for him to get the right equipment. I called his office complaining about my eye hurting and he never responded. He said his girls didn’t give him. The message. It was too late by the time I got to his office, I was blind in one eye. Now I have to live with this for the rest of my life. He told me what was happening to my eye was just a normal I just needed the cataract removed, which was not true at all. I would not recommend him to anyone.

First visit here. They were friendly and greeted me right away. Friendly and professional office staff. What makes this place different because I haven't seen it in a while is that they used an Optimap instead of dialation which added to the cost. It was worth it and a lot of their systems are more advanced than a lot of places in the past. Dr. Jamie was friendly and addressed a lot of the concerns I had. I liked the experience.

This is a wonderful new office. I have been a patios Dr. Fuchs for about 5 years and with Wilmington eye for over 10 and I’m very happy for their brand new facility in Leland. The staff is very caring and attentive and always ready to assist.

This place is convenient and the staff is very efficient. There's always parking available in the lot and seating in their waiting room. They've recently expanded into more space and have added even more choices for your eyewear shopping.

Had a great experience at St. Lucie Eye. Office staff was wonderful and Guissella Grieco did a fabulous job of assisting me with regular glasses and sunglasses. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and extremely helpful.

This review is long overdue. I received the worst customer service of my entire adult life at Whylie Eye Care. I first visited their Pleasant Hill location. I was greeted by two receptionists that were more interested in talking to each other about other employee's shortcomings rather than helping me. The doctor was very thorough which I appreciated. However he said it appeared nerves in my eye were dying. He thought I may have glaucoma onset and stressed the importance of following up. A later visit with an independent optometrist next to Vision 4 Less found no evidence of glaucoma. He gave me a prescription that was not even close to my old one. As a consequence, my vision was blury, my farsighted and near sighted vision was bad and I started having headaches from wearing the glasses. I came back and talked to the doctor. He was skeptical but wrote me another prescription. The second one was worse. I called and asked to speak to the doctor about getting my money back. They said I would have to talk to the owner and stopped returning my calls. I was stuck with an extra 200 dollar bill that my insurance didn't cover. Fast forward, I stopped at the Ingersoll Whylie a couple months ago. I had a prescription that I got from Vision for Less. I had used it for sunglasses at Warby Parker that were excellent! I wanted at least to fill the prescription there for the frames from Pleasant Hill. I thought that there was no way they could mess things up. Ingersoll employees were just as incompetent and the grasses were bad again. The person that sold me the lenses said they would be much thinner to the tune of 300. I picked up my glasses a week later. The new ones were thicker then the ones from Warby Parker and my old ones. I couldn't see using the glasses. I'm now out a total of 500. I can't afford to buy another pair of glasses at this point. I'm wearing glasses I purchased 8 years ago that are very scratched and beat up. Please be leery about doing business with Whylie Eye Care.

The exam was quick and efficient but covered everything I needed for glasses and contacts. After picking out frames the follow up was well done with William about what was covered by insurance and what was not. Also he was complete in describing what would best fit my needs in getting the most out my frames and lenses but not overselling. Great experience all around.

Been going to the facility for a little over a year. Staff is very friendly and whatever concerns I had with regards to eye drops that are recommended for me have been answered. I would recommend going to Lions Eye Center to anyone.

I've been a client at Optical Matters for 17 years. This is a very kind, competent and caring team. The technology available for patients is state of the art, enabling me to forego a more expensive visit with another specialist. Dr. Gosling never gives up on finding the best vision solution for complex issues. I highly recommend Optical Matters.

I’ve only been seeing Dr. Howard for a year, just my annual eye exams. He’s fantastic and even remembered me from my visit last year. I highly recommend Atwal, very professional

Ryan (optician in Dr Slusher’s office) provided optimum customer service. He allowed me to see what my new lenses would look like in my old frames before I purchased them. He spent time to make sure the new sunglasses I selected were a good fit for my face, and he performed “surgery” on an old pair of glasses to fix them back up. I can’t say enough about his willingness to help me and his selfless service!
