From the moment I signed in at the front desk, I was treated wonderfully. Having a cataract exam, meant I had to interact with 3 separate Technicians as well as the front desk girls and finally Dr. Kevin. Everett. I cannot even begin to say how helpful each of them was. Each procedure was explained in detail. All of my questions were answered. Dr. Everett was kind, Patient and took his time explaining exactly what was going on with my eye. I cannot thank you all enough.

Silka was awesome with getting me in and out! I’m so happy I get my glasses the same exact day. I couldn’t be any happier with my experience here! Thank you!

The representative named Maria understands what customer service/satisfaction is all about. She has patience and made sure I was completely satisfied with the whole process. I will definitely use this location again for all my optical needs. The in-house lab prepared my new glasses the same day! Overall the office appears to be efficiently run. The staff were very pleasant. Dr. Met did a thorough exam of my retina. Waiting time was minimal. I received a copy of my visit notes. Overall I am pleased with my visit.

I have been to many places to have my eyes examined and to buy frames. After checking in here to look at frames, I decided , due to the patience and help from office staff ( tried at least 20 different frames,) to make an exam appt. It was definitely the most thorough,ever. The Dr. and staff explained everything they were doing and why cheerfully and with patience even though it was the end of the day and went beyond office hours! I highly recommend this Capitol Hill location and all the staff. You won't be disappointed.

I did not see doctor Monica Liou. Instead I saw Dr Hse, he was very calm, kind and professional. The manager, she was a bit brash at first, but warmed up while trying to help pick out a pair of glasses. The Associate, I don’t remember her name, Asian with a ponytail, was so very sweet, patient and helpful. I would definitely have my eye exam & shop there again.

He is a miracle man and he a life saver one of the best eye doctor highly recommended

My girlfriend and I were in town for a wedding but my girlfriend had her lashes done back in Minneapolis and they did her lashes horrible to a point where her eyes started to get irritated and all puffy. Thankfully Lash Addictz (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name cause of the rush) came in on a day she was closed to help out my girlfriend because it was an emergency! She was very professional, patient, and took great care of my girlfriend. She really saved us because it was a Sunday when all lash studios were closed and we had to catch a flight the same day. Thank god for people like her ❤️.
