I had a very easy, relaxed purchase experience, thanks to Jim who answered all my questions quite professionally

I never do reviews but this place deserves one! My baby was referred to the eye doctor at his 9 month appointment. I did my research and found Dr Reed from a friend of mine. We got in within a month. Dr Reed means it when she says she sees all ages. We first thought he wouldn’t need much of a prescription but she went further and did a very thorough eye exam on my wiggly 10 month old. He ended up needing glasses and they ordered what they thought would be best for him.. we get the glasses and take them home and we learned the pair we picked didn’t work well for him or fit him properly. I was skeptical to take him back, but when I did I was welcomed with open arms and Maggie willing to do anything to make it better! We got him a better pair of glasses ordered and they listened to all my concerns and helped so much. We had such a good experience that I scheduled an eye exam for myself! I’d recommend them to anyone of any age!

I highly recommend this place because of the friendliness of the office. The doctor is very knowledgeable and she made me feel very comfortable during the eye exam. I will definitely go back and I definately recommend this office to anyone who is looking for a friendly doctor and office.

Dr Herring MD and his staff are amazingly kind and very professional, the experience was top tier. They give you pamphlets and talk you through your treatments. And make sure that you are very comfortable there. 5🌟 …

They seemed great up to the point of actually seeing the doctor waited for 30 min in the room for him. I was in their office for 2.5 hours! Then decided to leave because I had other matters to tend. Disappointed I don't think they have the capabilities to service the mass of clients they receive.

We LOVE Dr Ford! I feel 100% confident with my children’s vision health in her care! She is not only professional and thorough but incredibly knowledgeable! I was amazed at how well she was able to keep my children’s attention while doing an amazing job getting the testing needed. You can clearly see that Dr Ford cares for her patients and has a passion for the work she is doing. Thank you Dr Ford and staff for providing such a gem for our community.

The team at this location is great and the reason I continue to renew my prescriptions here. I recently learned that the front of house staff has worked there for 9 years! WOW, it really shows. They remember each of the returning customers, are kind and always pay attention to detail. Dr. Patel explains everything in an easy way to understand and take time to answer any questions. I think a lot of "chain," establishments like Target spin out different services but don't think about the experience. This optometry team is VERY different and truly ensure excellent experience. I'll continue to come here as long as they're open! Great work everyone!!

I have used them for over 12 years, 2-4 pairs of glasses a year. The service is excellent, the quality is there and they treat you fairly on price. The one time I had a problem, they resolved it quickly.

I recently had cataract surgeries performed by Dr. Mandel. I have to say my experience from beginning to end was exceptional. His entire staff from the receptionist to the post-op nurses were professional, personable, caring and communicative. Dr. Mandel answered all of my questions throughout the process and for the first time in 50 years I don't need glasses! The laser-assisted procedure and multifocal lenses worked out very well for me. I'm grateful to everyone at Optima and especially Dr. Mandel for making this such a positive experience. Mahalo!!
