Hate the thought of anyone messing with my eyes. Now, I wish I had done it years earlier. Totally pain free and the colors are brighter and my distance vision is 20\20. My experience is so good that my wife has already set an appointment for her cataract surgery. If fear is stopping you, don't worry; professional, knowledgeable and caring.

This was my first time going to the Third Ward location and I have found my forever eye doc and glasses shop. The doc was great, and the customer service was outstanding. A special shout out to Nada. She was helpful, honest, patient, and so easy to work with. I felt very confident in the glasses her and I picked out for me. Loved my experience!

Dr Gray was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Fast without feeling rushed at all. There was a mix up about insurance/billing and they sorted it out quickly. Will visit again!

My son and I were supposed to have annual appointments today at 1pm 9/29. . I confirmed our appointments Monday 9/ 25. My son's appt was rescheduled with another doctor without my knowledge to 10/3. Appt clerk said Dr. White isn't taking new patients and they were just notified. They claimed to have left a message, but my voice-mail isn't set up for them to have done so. When I said I didn't appreciate how this was handled, there was no remorse. People make appointments that are convenient for them. I asked for a manager to let them know how dissatisfied I was, but of course, I wasn't able to do so..

I’ve been coming here for a few years now, every single experience has been the same. Absolutely wonderful. Very efficient process from start to finish, very quick wait times and INCREDIBLE staff. Jay at the front desk was extremely respectful and friendly and the doctors here ago above and beyond with their customer service.

Dr. Brodbaker is an excellent Ophthalmologist and surgeon. He is very thorough, takes great care of his patients, thoroughly explains a diagnosis and recommended treatment and follows up with his patients promptly. I highly recommend Dr. Brodbaker!

Next time I buy glasses, I'll shop here first. Always use local merchants.
