I have been a patient with Dr.Labell for at least 10 years. Each time I visit I am treated like family. Dr. Labell takes her time and explains each process and procedure. She discusses the changes from your last visit and gives her advice as to what she feels would be best for you. By far she is the BEST Optometrist I've EVER had. There is not a time that I can recall where she has not been engaged in a heartfelt genuine conversation with me. Sammy, is definitely the added bonus to my visits. That last few times I've had to select new frames.... I didnt have to select them. Sammy knows me so well that that frames are already set aside for me to review! You will NOT be disppointed! I drive 20+miles for this STELLAR service. Sure I pass 100 Dr's on the way.. but NONE can compare to the treatment I receive

Doctor Eva Shiau is an Outstanding Professional. Her dedication is exquisite when working with her patients. Always giving the best care to her patients. She is truly a loving and dedicated doctor. Way to go Dr. Eva Shiau! We need more Doctors like you.

Dr. Wek is the best. She’s very thorough, takes her time and listens to what you’re telling her to give you the best eyesight possible. She’s awesome and I highly recommend her to my friends and family.

I have been coming to the Eyewear House for more than 4 years now. I can honestly say that this place keeps getting better and better. Their prices are lower than most offices and shops in the county and the quality of their frames and lenses is definitely a "cut above" all others. Lots of choices, excellent staff, knowledgeable, great selection...a real find! This place puts others to shame. The staff is dedicated to making you look good and the quality of their glasses is second to none!

Very unprofessional optometrist is what the least thing I can say about this person. Didn’t have the capability or capacity to watch his tone with me. I asked him nicely if he could show me how to put on my contacts and disrespectfully disregarded my needs. Also, his copay rate is TOO HIGH if you’re looking for an affordable optometrist. I would advise everyone to not come to this office because it really is subpar and incompetent.

Dr. Arnold Miller is the best! He gets the prescription right and has a great manner. I've been to other MyEyeDr offices and elsewhere, and nobody comes close to Dr. Miller in accuracy and care. We sometimes do the appointment and prescription here, and buy glasses elsewhere if that's less expensive.

As you can see, all stars are lit up. Valley Eye Care Center is the BEST eyecare center in AZ. From start to finish, I couldn't be happier with their service. Located right off of 12th Street and Northern,it's a small building that blends in with the rest of the strip mall. When you walk through those doors you are transported to an eye care oasis. The staff is very nice and helpful. From setting the appointment to exam to picking out frames it's a chill/ zen environment. Dr. Eric Clyde and the rest of the team are very thorough and honestly care about your eyes. This is year 2 at Valley Eyecare center and I will never go to another optometrist! Highly recommended.

While Dr. Milner is a great doctor and I would trust him to treat my eyes, the way his office double and triple books appointments is absolutely unacceptable. I used to see him years ago but had to leave this practice as I would have to take off from work the entire day to accommodate their terrible scheduling. Once I waited so long that the dilation in my eyes wore off and I had to be dilated again when the doctor was finally ready to see me. My parents have been going there the last few years and they are now leaving as well. My father’s appointment was scheduled for 10am this past Tuesday. He wasn’t called in for the first part of his exam until 11:45am. They were done at 12:30pm after seeing the doctor for all of three minutes. This is a typical wait time for this practice. At times it is even longer. The employees all seem irritable and discontent with their jobs. My parents say they complain at times right to the patient which is so unprofessional. Clearly there is something wrong within this practice. It’s a shame because I really liked Dr. Milner but I cannot spend a large chunk of my valuable time waiting for him or any other doctor.
