I've been to Grand Vision for many years and never been disappointed. Dr Musselman is always thorough. I am glad to trust him with my eyes. Sadly, I have had to change Vision Insurance providers to a company that is not covered for glasses so I'm forced to go elsewhere for that. I've also gone to Grand Vision for other vision needs in the past. For issues covered by Medical Insurance, I would certainly go back.

The entire staff is so friendly and welcomes you the moment you walk in the door. Quick to answer any question and treats you like family, not just another number in and out the door. Dr. Allen is thorough in order to get you the best vision correction and product as possible. He listens to your questions and makes you comfortable from the moment he walks in. I came here for the first time because I urgently needed some glasses and both the lady who greets you when you enter and the man who makes the glasses are lovely and very professional. Thank you for making me feel so comfortable in this place. Success always.

Staff and doctor at Nova Eye Care is always courteous and professional. The doctor has been extremely thorough during the eye exam and very patient as he shares and explains the exam results with me and my family. I don't ever get the sense that they are pushing me to make a sale or buy something I don'tr need. In fact, we've had multiple instance of the doctor and the staff recommending lower costing alternative eyeglasses and contact lenses than the ones I was thinking about getting. They carry name brand frames as well as decent amount of lower cost but still quality frames at the store. We have been trusting our family's eye care with Nova Eye Care for nearly a decade now and they have always been great. I highly recommend Nova Eye Care for their professional and friendly service.

They took from me $1800 for scleral lens (buying + fitting), then scheduled me for a wrong appointment after waiting for a long time which supposed to be for fitting and told me sorry we don’t have your lens. I had to try to fit a new appointment in my busy schedule then they told me I passed the window for a refund! Later after finally trying my lens which didn’t work out, they said sorry we can’t refund you, here is $200 credit! Literally the entire process is to milk your money when you still have the same visual problems. That was two months of rents I scarified to help my visual problems. I called, I emailed, I tried everything possible. But their attitude wasn’t creating any space to hear from their patients. Their reply to my email shows they actually didn’t even read it throughly. Stay away.

I was researching for a new eye Dr after moving here from out of state. I saw this got great reviews and it did not disappoint! Was quicker than other places to get an Appt and Dr Gonzales & the staff are great!! Excellent Quality Care and friendly service. Highly recommend!!

Great ease of scheduling and registering. Pre-treatment assessment was smooth. Dr Nanda did another competent, quick and painless injection of Eylea, kindly and patiently answered all my questions and I was on my way in 1/2 hour. I highly recommend this practice.
