Been to this doctor for my son's glasses for a few years. I just recently got my first pair of glasses and they are useless to me. I can't see at all out of them because I believe that they didn't even put my prescription lenses in the frame (I brought in my own frames). Now I have to go to another doctor for another eye exam and have my glasses checked to see if they are the right prescription, which I believe they are not. If I am proven right, I have ABSOLUTE DOUBTS that they will refund my money for THEIR CARELESSNESS. Stay tuned people...I will post an update later. But please, DO NOT go to this place for your Optometrist needs. It's been a complete mess with this place!

10/14/23 I wanted to relate my experience today of Visionworks at the Firewheel Town center in Garland, TX. The Manager, Crystal, and her two co-workers: Amanda and Fatima, were very kind and professional people to me. I had visited their store previously a year ago and the manager, Crystal was very courteous and kind in taking down all of my information that year in 2022. When I went by their store today, Crystal was very happy to see me again and to my astonishment, she had kept all of my information in her computer database from last year in 2022!! Due to her exceptional organizational skills and care, I was able to get two pairs of glasses from her today. She was also able to get me all of the discounts that I was owed on the current promotions that VisionWorks is offering now to their customers. I was very humbled at how nice I was treated today by Crystal, Amanda, and Fatima. They really made me feel like a valued customer of theirs and I could tell they truly cared about me being able to get my new pair of glasses so I could see better. As long as Crystal, Amanda, and Fatima are working at Visionworks, I intend to always be a customer of Visionworks for the rest of my life. Thank you again Crystal, Amanda, and Fatima for showing me so much care and kindness today in your store. Thanks, Don Shell

I have been going to Dr. Eisenberg for years. He and his staff are extremely helpful and provide top notch care. I also buy my glasses at the little shop next door. The quality and selection is infinitely better than membership warehouses where I used to go. I highly recommend them.

I always have a positive experience when visiting Dr. Pettit. He has a unique way of explaining technical terms (such as parts of the eye) that make it interesting and easy to understand. He's also very personable and welcoming. He truly loves being an optometrist and has a passion for it.

Dr. Lee is always so sweet. She asks how I’m doing, if there’s any changes in my vision, she talks about procedures And choices. I feel that she’s too concerned about me.

The staff are beyond helpful and kind. All were very well educated in their fields of work. Dr. Hasan is a wonderful doctor. He listens and talks with his patients and explains everything thoroughly. The whole team, from checking in to signing out made for a very pleasant visit. Thank y’all so very much. It means a lot to a 76 year old. 😊

Great place! The doctor is very thorough and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable! They have a great selection of trendy frames and work with quite a few insurance companies. They also run specials from time to time. Their new location (on the corner of Main St and St George's Ave in Woodbridge N) is beautiful. I get compliments on my eyeglasses all the time. I highly recommend Eyestyles of Woodbridge.

Just need some frames? The staff is great, but DON'T TOUCH THE OPTOMETRIST WITH A 10-FOOT POLE! I'm honestly really disappointed. I have visited here multiple times and found the LensCrafters staff to be wonderful, kind, and courteous (going above and beyond in every situation), but the optometrist's staff to be incompetent. While the word is unkind, and I don't like using it, it's accurate. Both times I needed examinations the doctor was over 2 hours late getting to me. The staff consistently make assumptions that I am a female, and do not verify my gender with me, thus filing inaccurate paperwork that confuses my insurance company. Not to mention, the most recent time I was there, I was told that the appointment would only take 15 minutes. I walked out almost 4 hours later. The doctor did not file the paperwork I needed, so I could not order my contacts, which forced me into wearing 1 week contacts for almost 3 weeks as he did not release the prescription so I could purchase them elsewhere. Twice in a row I was prescribed and given inaccurate contacts, causing me physical pain and eye strain, not to mention the time the Dr.'s sloppy handwriting meant I was sent the wrong prescription.
