Service was good. Orders take way longer than other places. If you’re not in a hurry, I would recommend this place. I should’ve placed my order with an online service or went to another retail location.

John and Karen are fabulous opticians that truly know how to make your experience positive and convenient. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience at OC Eye Designs. The staff was extremely helpful from the minute I walked in. Dr. Shafi was very professional and explained everything very clearly. Sherri was amazing. She took her time with me, helping me find the perfect frames and providing honest feedback. Overall I was very impressed.

Very bad customer service make you feel they do not want your business, I went there wait for 1/2 hours for someone to help and then asked me if I have appointments, no appointment required unless you need an eye exam . Why she did not tell me so when I waited for her for 1/2 hours
