My mom had a 2 o’clock appt but they call her 3:10 hour later. And inside waiting area has about 10 peoples waiting Over blooked and they don’t care other peoples time at all I heard about this des reputation is so bad My mom can’t speak any English This is horrible dr only they care about money

Took three weeks and they still didn’t have a trial pair of my contacts. Apparently they keep NO plus prescription contacts in stock for trials. I was told by the optical lady not to even call in and check on them, that she’d call me. And she had the nerve to get nasty with me when I said 3 weeks for trials is absurd and she refused to issue my Rx. I spoke with the manager who was nice and she emailed my ex to me the same day! I had my contacts the very next day from 800Contacts. And then the optical lady calls the next day to say my trials are in. She never ordered them that’s why and she got nasty because she screwed up. None of our family will return to any of their locations.

I am sorry to say I wasn’t that impressed by the eye doctor. She didn’t even introduce herself at all I had to ask !

Very polite. She makes sure she explains how different things can affect my vision and also suggests natural ways of improving your eyesight. She also explains every step of the exam even though I've seen her for about 5 years. Excellent service 👏 …

From the consultation to post-op the process was so easy! Major kudos to the team for being so thorough and accurate with the expectations. I experienced almost everything that was expressed to me. Day 1 - REST!!!! You'll hear it in the clinic but it is worth repeating! Day 2 - Enjoy seeing!!! It's not perfect but it's so much better. Day 3 - I am not experiencing any discomfort and I see 20/15! The staff and surgeon are kind, fun, and professional. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Extremely knowledgeable, professional dedicated Doctor.

First time getting a diabetic eye exam or any kind of eye exam and I saw this place was in-network and the reviews were solid. The place is very well maintained, bright and had a great clean look. I worked with the following people, the person up front Stan, the tech Gabriel and Dr. Rafaelov. Stan was great with getting me set up and making sure the paperwork all looked good. He also helped me pick out some glasses that would aid me in driving. Gabriel was awesome in running the initial tests, explaining all the steps and making sure I knew what was happening and was comfortable with all the tests. Dr. Rafaelov was knowledgeable and explained the results in a clear and concise way. The only minor thing I wished is that I could have a instant copy of the actual scans of my eye. Not a big deal but just wanted to be complete in my review. All in all will be back for any eye needs and I can't recommend them enough. Keep up the great work everyone!

The service and attention at KeenEye was phenomenal. All of the staff and Dr Anderson were great to work with.

💀🚫WARNING!!! DO NOT GO HERE! FIND ANOTHER EYE DR!!! Center for Sight (ALL locations!) Has THE most UNPROFESSIONAL staff and POORLY RUN clinics that I have EVER experienced in my ENTIRE life! You can't just call and make an appt or talk to someone about a general concern, or even just ask a question about normal eye doctor stuff, because you CAN NOT get a hold of them- they DON'T answer their phones OR call you back!!! You can wait on hold for 15 minutes and when it's finally your turn a machine comes on and says they're helping other clients- leave a message! That is the most RIDICULOUS customer service I have EVER encountered! And ESP the Mngrs!!! I've left MULTIPLE messages for "Sue" AND "Priscilla"- the only two Mngrs for BOTH Stockton AND Manteca locations, & the Adm Office on CA St/Stk (which is not a clinic, but just for administrative staff, who SUPPOSEDLY work there) and they do NOT call you back!!!! I had a problem with my glasses and it took LOTS of time-consuming calls and FINALLY after TWO MTHS, Sue got back to me!!! And instead of fixing the problem with my glasses & expediting the eye exam, she told me I need to return the glasses and to go elsewhere like it was MY fault!!! I didn't argue because at this point I was glad to be rid of them, but HOW TEREIBLY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Like I said, Center For Sight is THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL, POORLY RUN business (if you can call it that!) that I have EVER had to deal with in my entire life!!! DON'T GO THERE- BE WARNED!!!🚫💀
