They never answer the phone, l was waiting for 40 minutes and l had to hang.

I recently purchased two pairs of glasses from Eyelab (now Stanton Optical). State of the art technology used for complete eye exams is like none I have seen before. Dr. Ed, Audrey and Edgar are true professionals. I love my glasses that Audrey picked out for me! My sunglasses are the same frame in a different color. Customer service is the best!

Dr. Oberman did my cataract surgery and I was extremely pleaseed with everything. My eyesight is 20/20 now, the best I've had in years. He explained everything well, was patient and kind, and certainly well skilled. I would recommend him to anyone!

I rarely write reviews, especially of doctors because it's so subjective. We all want a different demeanor in our docs. But because I have had two excellent experiences with Dr. Goyal -- one with an out of town friend and one for myself, I feel I should give him a good review. He is straightforward and doesn't do a lot of chatting, but he worked wonders for my friend (a chip of rust was embedded in her eye!) and was equally efficient when I saw him for a routine visit. If you want a megawatt personality and someone to hold your hand, he may not be the guy. But I would trust him completely to take care of my eyes, which is no small thing.

Nice large facility with latest optical equipment. The staff and Dr. Li were nice and professionals. The assistant sanitized equipment prior to my use, which is appreciated to see. Large assortment of frames to choose from and accepts insurance.

The girl who works in from Lei Lali is so unprofessional. I do have 1 baby and 1 toddler with me and she told me I am the next one that’s why I waited patiently. When doctor came grabbed the not my paper so I asked the girl again am I the next one and she keeps telling me yes. But doctor called different person and I asked hey what is going on and she told me oh sorry 1 doctor left early so that customer is the next one. OmG i told her i just asked a minute ago you said yes and then you are telling me different story!!!!! I knew 1 doctor left 30 mins ago if she told me that time I dont need to wait again 30mins. I was so frustrated because I am not waiting by myself with 2 babies. I have no word to say more.

Doctors know what they're doing from what I presume, it's really not complicated. Certain girls are lazy or not nice about doing their job but will do. But overbooking and "popularity" i guess here IS an issue. 3 month appointments stuff like that... It does suck. They don't need to care. but good people other than certain bigger ladies.... Only one LOL
