This practice consistently demonstrates that they don't value their patients' time by wildly overbooking appointments. Each time I have presented for an appointment i have waited 30 minutes to an hour, just to be called back, then waited an additional 30 minutes in the room. The last two times, there were 5-7 people in the lobby and i asked about the wait and was told it would be 30-45 minutes, so I just left and rescheduled. This time I will not be rescheduling. They will not tell you about the ridiculous wait unless you specifically ask. If your office is running close to an hour behind, you owe it to your patients to let them know BEFORE they waste their time driving into their appointment and sit in your waiting room for 30 minutes. I work in healthcare and would never treat a patient like that.

The front reception desk was very friendly, Dr Hanke was very professional, it was a very friendly family atmosphere. Made you feel very comfortable. I would recommend them to everyone looking for a optometrist.

Great service, from the minute you arrive. Dr. Nguyen is an excellent Opthalmologist, very thorough, great communicator, you can tell she definitely cares about her patients. Very refreshing to be under the care of such a dedicated professional. Feel fortunate to have been referred to her practice.

Eye exam was awesome, great patient care and interaction. Frame selection left a bit to be desired as I was not asked once if I needed help as I browsed before my appointment or after. The staff member that was free was visiting with another staff member then helped someone who came in after me making my visit much longer than it should have been.

My daughter is albino and this is the best eye doctor that I’ve ever taken my daughter to. These people care about my child and her eyesight! When I take her there I know they’re giving her the best eye care she needs. I can tell they really care about her needs. I’ve referred others here before and I will continue to refer people here. I drive 45 mins to an hour to go here. This place is the best!!!

Dr. Dauhajre has been my doctor for years and she always be kind and caring. I recommend her.

I’ve been visiting blink, Eyecare here in McKinney Texas for the past year. I’ve been visiting with my ophthalmologist Dr Kryder. Dr Krydee Is amazing, he is very patient, pleasant and caring. He takes time and explains things to his patients, and is very thorough with his work. I appreciate the entire staff here. They are always friendly and inviting every time I visit. Will recommend this place.

Apparently they accommodate their drs over their customers. We’ve never had a problem with Dr Tran but his other Dr mistreated my 2 year old daughter and didn’t want her in the room when she was sitting down out of the way. He spoke to her and my wife in a very unfriendly manner and we won’t be going back.

The hours on google are incorrect for West End Family Eye Care the hours of operation are Monday 8 - 5 Tuesday 8 - 6 Wednesday 8 - 5 Thursday 8 - 6 Friday 8 - 5 The office is closed on Saturday and Sunday

Dr. Anderson was great with my daughter and gave us some good options for her sensitive eyes. The office is clean and staff are helpful and nice. Great experience all around for my daughter’s first eye check up.
