My wife and I have had our eyes checked by Dr. Wood for years. Very patient and thorough. Always spends time answering questions. You can tell he really cares. His whole staff is great. We highly recommend.

It was my first time at Dr. Saied’s office and it truly was a wonderful experience. The front desk answered my call and were able to set me up with a same day appointment. Upon arrival I was impressed with the office. It was nice, clean, and modern and I was attended to right away. Once the assistants completed their exams, Dr. Saied took over and he was friendly, answered my questions, understood my concerns, and encouraged me to take my time. This will be my check up spot from now on.

I had the most amazing experience with Dr. Olivier! She greeted me with a smile and was so kind and patient. Dr. Olivier explained the entire process from start to finish and made sure I understand the proper way to care for my eyes. She even helped me pick out some cute glasses at the end. I am so glad I found such a good Doc to take care of me and my family ♥️

They're still sending me bills after going up here and them saying I shouldn't have a bill it's a mistake because I never received the contacts due to me getting cheaper contacts do my insurance would cover it. They said just ignore the bill as if it won't go on my credit report...... crazy. The lady said she had to contact the company the sends or make them, so the bill can be taken away but here I am November 2023 still receiving a bill and this happened in March or April of 2023.

Awesome doctors and staff

I have been going to Milen Eye Center for 10 years now. That is where my cataract surgery was preformed and it was great ! Now I needed Yag Capsulotomy on both eyes and knew it would still be Milen that I wanted to perform my surgery. Their staff is very confident, well trained and friendly to the patient. I strongly recommend MEC! You will be pleased with this choice.

Been going here forever. Dr. Merkel is nice and understanding of my eye issues. Have a nice selection of glasses in all price ranges. I get the newest glasses which is pricey but its my only accessory and my glasses always fit perfectly (placement of bifocal etc. )

I took my granddaughter to get her eyes checked and he was so thorough and so good with her and his secretary was also very nice. I recommend him to anyone and everyone he is awesome

A bit of a struggle with one of the associates. The manager is amazing and the gentleman was very helpful. When I picked up my sunglasses the associate that handed them to me told me there was no adjustment so I took them and left. I was not happy with the fit. When I went back to pick up my regulator glasses, they had lost my glasses that were for pick up, but the gentleman was very kind and adjusted my sunglasses and they are great now. After a few days of waiting to hear about my missing ordered glasses I called to inquire. I was told they had been found, and there was a note on them that I had been contacted. I did not mention I would not be calling if I had been contacted and told them I would be in the next day to pick up the glasses. The same associate who originally gave me my sunglasses, assisted me with picking up my regular glasses. She was ready to send me out the door with a terrible fit. She kept asking me to tell her what to do. I had to explain my eyelashes were hitting the lenses, and they certainly didn’t feel right. She kept telling me to tell her how to adjust them. It was very frustrating. They feel pretty good now, but it was not a pleasant experience.
