I had been going g there for 6 years yes my script was expired and when I needed to get one contact to get me thru the month of December because Jan 1 I had insurance coverage they wouldn’t help me. They charge out of pocket people so much. The blond at the front desk is so fake. She could have helped but she wouldn’t. I went someplace else. This is an economic hard time for all how about a little grace.

The surgeries were great and I can see but the wait time in the waiting room is ridiculous, The shortest time for an appointment was 45 minutes and my longest was an hour and 1/2. I understand an emergency but this is their standard operating policy. I might be old but my time is valuable too and the person who is giving me a ride.

I stopped in to check on new classes an the ladys there fixed my old pair an made them look an feel like new. They went way beyond any customer service should. Thats why i will be there to get my new ones everytime. They deserve more than 5 stars

Dr. Kegel is amazing proficient and professional. Her exam was very thorough and extensive. We will be returning clients.

Dr. Luong is an amazing woman. She is very nice to her patients, the wait in the office is quite short and she doesn't try to rush through the appointment. I have been coming here since I started needing glasses and I have no complaints.

Dr. Akor is the best. I’m so glad I chose to visit her.

Yesterday (Nov 10, 2023) I had my semi-annual visit with Dr. Pillar. As usual, I came away reassured. Dr. Pillar's eye exam is always thorough. She listens to my concerns, patiently answers my questions and clearly explains potential care options. In addition to my eye health, Dr Pillar cares about my general health conditions. Her office is well managed, with minimal wait time between tests. All her team members are competent, courteous and friendly. I have been under Dr. Pillar's care for more than 3 years and I am truly grateful for her professional and loving care.

My Mom had a great experience with the people at the Optical Department. She hasn't gotten a new pair of glasses in sometime and was due for a new pair. Sean was our primary representative and was very kind and patient when it came to the questions she had. We ended up getting several pairs for her that would assist with everyday needs. Thanks again for all your help Sean.

I love Dr.Pham! He’s made a lot of upgrades to the clinic and it’s an amazing vibe. He’s smart, professional, and down to earth. My husband and I both see him for contacts and glasses. Isabell works the front desk and she always takes care of us. Very good communication and helpful when dealing with the insurance company. Five stars.

The doctor was wonderful. Everyone helped me out. The staff was perfect and I will always refer someone to go back there. I appreciate the help and thanks!
