They where very friendly the tech girl was nice and very on point n her stylish glasses i loved that

Dr was okay for eye exam. But the office ladies took advantaged by charging me above the insurance covered glasses. And then when I got my glasses they wanted to charge me to adjust them!! What a rip off. Will never return. Buyer beware!! Went to Walmart on Carson and they treated me better....

Is there a 10-star option? Because that is what I would give to Dr. Foster and the entire team at MERSI. From the ease of making appointments to the thorough consultations, you know your eyes are in amazing hands. It's unfortunate that I have to visit them in the first place (pesky uveitis!), but I am so grateful that this world-class center is in my city. True story: I had never had a steroid infusion or an IV before my last visit to MERSI. After calming me down (I had a diva moment), the staff plied me with suckers, snacks, water and magazines, and made a really unpleasant experience somewhat enjoyable. Merci, MERSI!

I can’t really begin to express how thankful we were to be seen so quickly by the wonderful team at this office while on vacation. My wife developed a shingles rash near her left eye and with a prosthetic right eye , we were naturally concerned. After being referred to a local ER, and then referred to Tomoka Eye, we explained the situation to Mia, who took all our info and called us back with an opening within minutes. Once we got there, everyone was wonderful, responsive and compassionate. The doctor took time to do a thorough exam and explained everything , making sure we understand what was happening. What could have been a scary experience turned I to a great story we’ll be able to tell for years. We’re home now , but this definitely turned into a positive part of our vacation. Thank you so much!

Love this business!!! Dr Chi is thorough, professional and friendly. The staff is amazing!!! Lina and Jacob did an excellent job fitting my new lenses and glasses. My mom is now a patient and I’ve referred a good friend too

Dr. Heather Nesti and staff are outstanding! From initial visit to having cataract surgery there was never hesitation. Dr. Nesti is an accomplished surgeon with an amazing professional personality. I’ve worked in this field for 30 yrs. and she exceeded my expectations. Will definitely refer all my friends to Dr. Nesti.

First time experiencing this: On 08/07/2023, I scheduled an appointment for Dr. Lee to do an eye exam after I was referred to Hudson Eye Specialist by my doctor. It took the front desk a few days which is the day of the appointment/ 1 hour before my appointment that they do not accept Horizon NJ Health. I was like “ okay.. no problem” but the front desk staff who called me at 7:15am 08/11/2023 was extremely rude. She said “ Yeah, we haven’t accept horizon for a while, only United Healthcare”, her tone was quite nasty and i told her “ please cancel my appointment “ and she hung up on me rudely. Word of advice, please hire polite and friendly staff and update your accepted insurance list.

Vision World is the place to go for glasses. I love the variety of size and styles. It's always a great visit especially when Nicole and Roisin help you find the 1!

With all of their locations, I can truly Say that I have been to at least 4 different sites and every one of them, the place have been very clean and well stocked up with the new glasses on the walls and All of the Employees there have Always gone beyond their self to make sure that you are taken care of right away!! Also the tooling they use is Very Good, Especially the Eye Tool for seeing what or how bad your eyes are and how many different settings that it can perform to give you that sharp site Is Super Amazing!! I have had my eyes checked at other places and they Don't Compare To Anything Like What Levin Eye Care Has!! Please check them out for yourself, You'll Be Glad That You Did!!!
