Great place for eye check up , knowledgeable and friendly

Horrible customer service experience here. We had someone cancel my mother’s appointment because of insurance issues. We kept telling him to please not cancel it because it is a very important appointment and we can figure out some financial assistance. But this person was adamant that we need to figure it out with the insurance. And because of him canceling the appointment her eye worsened. The doctor even said, “you should never push back your appointment or cancel it, there is financial assistance.” So I’m going to put in a complaint with the clinic, and figure out who it was that cancelled her appointment. This is unacceptable, he had no business canceling her appointment. The doctors though are phenomenal, this review is in no way a reflection of them. Dr Pasadhika has been the best for my mom the past few years. For him and the staff 5/5.

I recently visited I Care Vision Center for an eye examination and had an exceptional experience from start to finish. I am delighted to share my five-star review and express my gratitude for the outstanding service provided by the entire team at this remarkable optometry clinic.

They recently changed offices and merged with another practice and have gone back to the stone age. They didn’t have my results or scans from last year, could not find contact lenses after searching for 30 minutes, and did not provide me with my prescription when I left. All my results were hand written this time around. When I called later and asked for it via email or over the phone they mentioned they’re unable to do so even though they emailed it last year. On top of that I have to make a return visit for a contact lens fitting even though I’ve been wearing the same brand and prescription for the last 10 years. Ridiculous.

Dr Carl Johnson and his team at Insight Vision Group are outstanding! Each and every visit is so good! I recently had cataract surgery and cannot say enough positive things about them! Dr Johnson and team are truly genuine, professional and organized. I was treated with respect and well cared for the entire time, an excellent experience from start to finish! Thank you all, I am grateful 😊

Dr. Lukasko is the best! I have visited her more than once with eye concerns. Both her and her nurses have been very thorough with the exam, explaining everything along the way. Anytime I have had questions or concerns over the phone, they have responded in a timely matter. Everybody in the office - the receptionists, the nurses, and Dr. Lukasko have displayed nothing but the utmost care and compassion. I cannot recommend this office enough. Great people, super polite and thorough. I knew exactly what was going on the whole time and they were nothing but helpful and reassuring. Definitely recommend!!! I will be going here from now on.

Went there for the first time ten years ago, loved the knowledgeable, patient service the team provided. Went 3 years later when a soccer ball hit me and broke my glasses, and got a fast, efficient and sympathetic replacement. I went there last week needing glasses following cataract surgery that would be covered by Medicare, and Rudy told me what percent medicare would cover on the lenses and frames, and said he'd work with me to keep costs as low as possible. It's reassuring to know I can depend on Rudy and his team for consistently trustworthy service!!

The doctor is okay. However I had many problems with the receptionist and I tried to communicate the problems with her nicely but she refused to listen to me. She literally told me “we don’t need more patients.” So there you go.

I had an excellent experience. Fast, friendly, and efficient. Dr Karen was very knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I would definitely return
