Even though my cataract was so bad that it was preventing me from being able to drive, I was still pretty nervous about having the surgery to remove it. I researched a few doctors that came recommended to me, and decided to check out East Valley Eye Center. I met with Dr. Kourosh Eghbali and Dr. Farid Eghbali on separate visits. Both doctors took their time to thoroughly examine my eyes and honestly answer all of my questions, which put me at ease. I felt ready to go ahead with the procedure, choosing a mono-focal lens (set for distance) and the laser-assisted surgery option. The entire staff at East Valley Eye Center and the Freedom Vision Surgery Center (where Dr. Kourosh Eghbali performed my surgery) were kind, careful and professional the whole time. My surgery went very well, and I am thrilled with the results! It truly is a miracle to be able to see well again, and I thank God for gifting Dr. Eghbali and his staff with the skills and knowledge to restore my sight.

Great staff and the doctor was punctual, informative, and kind who really cares about your eye health. It's like night and day compared to my last eye doctor's practice, and I will now look forward to my annual eye exams. Definitely recommend this office!

Always excellent service. It was quick and no wait at all when I got there. Dr. Garrett is tremendous, and he has an excellent staff. Only thing I would suggest that goes a long way with his staff is saying thank you or have a great day when leaving.

Dr. Verdier is an incredible eye surgeon and a very decent person. No wonder his waiting room is always filled. He is always worth the wait. I would trust my eyes and cornea replacement to him again without hesitation .

Dr. Osterloh is patient and knowledgeable, and the staff is helpful and friendly.

A chill and small business with a professional and patient ophthalmologist. He helped me decide on a contacts starter pack and helped to ease my anxiety about putting them on. They are courteous and take patients according to the queue. I believe that they take most insurance for the eye exam. I had arrived early to the office and I was asked to fill out paperwork right away. Most services are paid and I came in expecting that.

I dreaded getting my new lenses made. I would have to go about 2 weeks without glasses while they make my lenses. Since I’m an elderly driver, that’s not good. But I had to go to Walmart anyway, so I stopped by their Vision Center. Johnny was at the desk and was very friendly, and helpful. He explained the options I could have with my new lenses. I didn’t want new frames and he did not try to push new frames off on me, like in most store do. He measured my lenses, my eyes, then took a complete description of my frames. I asked why and he said that with this information, they did not need my frames to make my lenses. Also, if my new lenses got a scratch two years down the road, they could make a replacement lens without me having to go in and sit through all the measurements again, and there was less likely a chance that my frames would get broken while in their care. I cannot speak for those who submitted bad reviews about Walmart Vision Center, but I was well treated by Johnny, the price was reasonable, and I left the store with my glasses on for the drive home, and that’s something new for me.

Dr Grossman and all the staff treat everyone with kindness and compassion. They work to make sure you feel confident and comfortable no matter how difficult the problem they are helping you through.

THIS PLACE IS A MESS! The sense of urgency is non-existent. They never answer the phone, sends you to VM but no one gets back to you, which quite frustrating but even worse if they send you the incorrect bill and you actually do NEED to follow up. I needed to get my insurance involved after calling many times and having to drive their twice during their office hours but no sight of anyone there. I guess they just simply up and go home an hour or 2 early if there is no appointments? Even when their posted hours on the door say otherwise. And well, don't get me started about the actual doctor. Dr. Flores looked and acted like he was forced to be there. Had no clue how to diagnose me and was bothered by my questions. I ended up sticking to my old prescription.

This is the best eye doctor office I have been to. They are friendly, very attentive, sweet to you , they spend the time and effort to make you comfortable. About Dr Jeff , I tell you he is so sweet. He spend time to explain the whats wrong , what happened, how to address it . Very clear , easy to understand and you feel very comfortable and confident when you walk out .
