Great Doctor! The best in town!

Downtown Eyes Minneapolis was far more professional then Chaska Eyecare & Vision Clinic. I had a very traumatic experience at this Chaska eye clinic. They treated me as if I was some kind of monster, rushed through my appointment and made me feel like I was not welcome. It had something to do with misinformation. I suggest you never go here unless you are comfortable with being treated like your a malefactor!

Dr. Zhu-Tam is very professional and friendly. She takes her time to explain everything and is very patient. The office is clean and has short wait time. The staff is also very friendly. Highly recommend!

Everyone was so awesome, very helpful and so welcoming. Dr Bista was outstanding and he explained everything to me so well and he talked to me more like a friend than a patient. Heather helped me with choices for my glasses and she was wonderful! Everyone who was working (11/27/23) kudos on such a wonderful job and making me feel more of a friend than a patient!

I was thoroughly impressed by the expertise, manner and warmth of Dr Sungulyan - it all about people and genuine care- and the other lady who offered me the prices was also very present and warm and the technician who helped me out also - very nice indeed 10/10

Dr. Galena Benimovich is the best eye doctor in Brooklyn. She does a through examination. She explains everything with compassion and care. I recently took my daughter to get her eyes checked at My Optician by Dr. Benimovich and she was so kind to her. Thank you for running an amazing clinic!

I've had good experience with other Visionworks locations. For this one, I had an appt, but they couldn't find my insurance, even with the card I had. Because they weren't able to help me, I walked in to America's best, across the street. They found my insurance immediately and helped me with no appt.
