Went there to get the nosepads replaced. Broken within few days because they are cheap and when returned, they claimed they were made from special order (nosepads? Iol) and asked me to buy again. Sorry, can't buy the same cheap stuff again and I'll look for somewhere else for my next pair of glasses.

This location has been so helpful! I used to go to a different big box chain, but then I had a terrible experience with the store across the street. It prompted me to look elsewhere, which I never do. I'm a creature of habit. 😊 The people here have all been great. Doctors are patient with my million questions. Sales reps always save me money... which only prompts me to spend more, so congrats on playing the game. 🤭 The front desk personnel are always willing to clean and adjust my glasses. The manager seems super knowledgeable and so is her staff. Of all the accolades, Alissa is even better. Kind, polite and professional. She listens to my ramblings and fixes my glasses with a smile on her face. 😅 That's a special skill because I'm a pretty boring guy.

I had a wonderful experience. Dr. June Choi was so thorough and caring. I had two visits and both were great. Would highly recommend.

So this place saved my life. I would like to say I take pretty good care of myself. Unfortunately when I first visited them I was uninsured and had not needed a doctor in 30 years. I was in so much pain from a fall from a ladder that I landed on my feet but days later could not stand up. I mentioned to the person on the phone that I heal quickly from anything bone related and from praying about it I was sure that it was a blood clot. I scheduled to go somewhere else on that Thursday. The person from Lackey clinic called me back,mind you my paperwork was not yet approved and told me if you think it is a blood clot we need you to come in right now.this was a Tuesday the same day a visit to Riverside confirmed a blood clot. The clinic asked me to come back up to get blood thinner medication and I finally had some relief from the pain. The ultrasound nurse the next day on wendsday tells me she is glad I was seen when I got seen because it could have been life threatening. I'm tearing up as I write this. Thank you from the top of my heart. May God bless each and every soul ever associated with this clinic. May He protect and anoint every hand that labors here! I believe that as a child if the word of God was on the walls of the office I would not have been frightened to visit. I thank Him that I am still a child of God and I no longer have to be frightened and I get to start my life over and even though I take care of my health i can still get doctors visits. I Love you all!No Matter What Trust God!

Dr James is the best!

I went to visit this place in high hopes of receiving exceptional service. I was standing at the front desk for 10 to 15 minutes before being acknowledged. I did not have an appointment and I knew I would have to wait. With only one person ahead of me, I waited 2 1/2 hours before being seen. During the exam, I explained to the Doctor that the vision was still blurry. She seemed to ignored and asked which ones better. I then told her both lenses she showed me were blurry. She continued to asked the question. I then asked her is it supposed to look this way. she continued to ignore me. Now I have my perception glasses and it’s hard to see. I contacted the office back and they said I would have to pay for another exam. I paid out of pocket for two exams. I just visited her Feb 4th, and called back on Feb 18. Not even 30 days. Do Not Recommend this place to anyone.

Had made an appointment for my cornea transplant rejection emergency patiently waited, showed up do have the front desk apparently cancelled my appointment without letting anyone know just saying they left a message on a phone number that I never put on file. So thank you so much for doing this transplant and turning me away when I needed.

Never got to even take my mom in for her consultation appointment. They canceled it the day of, 3 hours beforehand. Simply because they told us since she didn't have insurance the Doctor wouldn't see her since if she got surgery she'd have to pay for it. This would have been nice to know when I booked the appointment A MONTH AGO. I could've taken hey somewhere else. I understand they need to make money but this is ridiculous.

The assistant, Kat, was thorough in checking my eyes before Dr Angela Perry review my case. Dr Perry was courteous thru the whole process and explained the details of the upcoming surgery. The front desk was efficient. The wait time is very short.

Overall a great experience at this location. Dr King was very informative and answered all the questions I had. Christina and Daisy were very warm and welcoming, and even helped me find the perfect frames!
