Professional and friendly!

Very fine establishment. Office is beautiful and staff is caring. Dr Jared Holthaus was absolutely the best! He’s efficient, friendly, and very well educated. He really cares about his clients and does impeccable work. Can’t find anyone better and will continue my services with him. Would recommend to anyone!

My visit was a great one. The staff was great the Dr was amazing. Over all I had an excellent experience here thanks to everyone I encountered. I would recommend and definitely return .

Chelsey Shepos has been a needle in a haystack for my kids and myself. She's fantastic and I wouldn't want my family to go to anyone else.

I went in today for an eye exam knowing I would probably need at the least readers. Well I need full time glasses and I have no insurance and the ladies went above and beyond to help get to a price point to work!! Thank you so much for your help! The doctor herself is very nice and approachable and answers all your questions even if you think they are stupid questions lol. Again thank you for your patience and persistence of all you did today!! Looking forward to a new lease on life with my new vision when my glasses come in!!

I went to Dr Carson for my eye problems and he was amazing, he listened to me, answered all my questions and explained what my eye problems were, also gave me a few samples. I would definitely recommend him..

My dad was in he middle of the procedure (cataract surgery) and they had me go to the pharmacist onsite to be surprised by a $165 bill for eye drops. They never told my dad the cost of the drops at any time prior. Poor Planning. They should always be upfront with all costs for someone that is on low income and lives off a social security check. But they failed to even tell him about the full cost of prescriptions. Glad I was there to pay for it.

Dr. Gupta performed cataract surgery for my mom. If I could give her 100 stars, I would without any doubt. Surgery was done impeccable . Recovery was so flawless and fast. Follow-up appointments are easy and caring . Also, her assistant Angie was so professional and knowledgeable that she was just incredible . You will not leave the office with questions, all your worries will be addressed and solved. Thank you so so much.

Worst experience at a doctors office-EVER. This pediatric office is the most un-kid like place I've ever been to. And considering we were there for over 3 hours, I had plenty of time to read the same couple of children's books they had with my daughter. Unfriendly staff, with the exception of the receptionist, made the experience even less enjoyable. It seemed like nobody there even liked children. The doctor we saw, Dr. Pihlblad, seemed uninterested in explaining anything to me & after I expressed my dissatisfaction with our overall experience he sat there and said nothing. There are other pediatric eye doctor offices/doctors out there that will take time to make you feel like you & your child are important, work with you to explain the diagnosis & direction they intend to take with their treatment. If you like to be treated poorly & like you're just another patient, I'm sure he's a fine doctor & knows what he's talking about. He did not make a good impression on me & my daughter (who is 5 and asked me not to go back there). She loves her new eye doctor & so do I! After speaking with some other mothers, I have learned that my experience is not that unique and that's what prompted me to write this. Hope it helps someone avoid a similar experience, or at least prepare them.

She compromised my optic nerve during a tube shunt surgery and now I'm blind in that eye Than cataract surgery in my other eye she put in wrong lens Now limited sight in that eye Told me hard to pick right lens once someone has had lasic surgery So why why would you even touch a eye with good sight I now live a limited sight life Not good
