I have seen Dr. Lambirth for years and I can't say enough good things about him. He takes care of several family members now and they also highly recommend him! The front office staff is friendly and the lady that fits glasses is so knowledgeable and always so helpful! They get you right in and this new office is run very efficiently!

The store manager helped me select a nice pair of frames that fit me beautifully. She was very knowledgeable and nice. I felt very comfortable in the store. I recommend LensCrafters to anyone needing new glasses.

I've been going to Dr. Susan Tran for about two years now. Office staffs are very friendly and helpful. Dr. Tran is lovely, knowledgable and very detail oriented. I was able to get my new glasses in 2 days. Price has always been competitive. Appointments are hard to get though as she is very busy.

I am very pleased with the service provided by Dr. Forrest and his staff. The office is run very efficiently and the staff is very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Forrest takes a true interest in his patients and their eye care. I couldn't be happier.

Thank you to my PCP, Dr. Robert Johnson for referring me to Dr. Paul Jackson. From the moment you enter, you are greeted with smiles and professionalism. Dr. Jackson’s assistant preformed a thorough preliminary eye exam. As soon as I met with Dr. Jackson, he immediately put me at ease as he preformed a more comprehensive exam. My appt went well. I got in for each step in a timely manner. The tech who did my preliminary testing was so very nice. She was very efficient, professional and patient. I tend to ask to see things over again if I’m not sure which one was best. I was criticized several years ago at another eye care office for asking for repeats. But never at LO Eye. I was greeted promptly and politely and directed to Registration. The doctor checked my eyes well and soothed some of my worries. Soothed with gentle concern that I continue to have my eyes checked for progress on my cataracts. She told me what to expect if they do start to bother my vision. She had studied my chart and followed up on a previous issue I had. I was checked out quickly, as well.

Everyone was kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I had some more atypical questions but they were eventually able to answer them all. Melissa up front was great and very helpful and Dr. Fullen was attentive and thorough. The only issue was 4 that the prices were somewhat higher than our old optometrist's, but everything else was great. ... just returned for a new checkup and Dr. Fullen is fantastic. He helped with problems that my ophthalmologist couldn't figure out after months. It is clear he is very knowledgeable and he cares about his patients. I would recommend them highly.

Dr. Weikum is the best. He always spends quality time with me and his knowledge is always very up-to-date. He's been my doctor for over 20 years.

I absolutely dread going to the eye doctor, but won’t hesitate at all next time I need an appointment after my exam at Heintz. All the staff was welcoming and comforting. Both the tech and the doctor truly helped put me at ease and made the experience positive. I didn’t feel any pressure to buy frames. Great experience. Will definitely recommend to others!
