I had a great experience at Dr. James S. Lewis' eye facility. I had cataract surgery on my right eye and everything went better than expected. I can see much clearer out of my right eye and can't wait to get my left eye done. Thank you, Dr. Lewis for a job well done, and I also want to thank the members of your staff who were very friendly, and very professional.

Quite happy with quality of care at this office. Very good optometrist (lenses are always perfect) good honest communications from Doc and receptionist; prompt appointments; reasonable time frame for glasses.

Visiting from out of town, my husband woke up with a swollen eye ! I called and Optique was able to get us in on a Saturday morning!! The staff and doctor were wonderful ! Extra special shout-out to Deva, she is top notch !! My husband was better by the next afternoon! We really appreciate the service we received

Doctor Norton and her staff are awesome. They are very friendly, professional and caring. I have been going to Dr. Norton for over 15 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Everyone was polite & nice but the prescription on my glasses was not good . I would see blurry when I put glasses on . I ended up going to a different optometrist . I won’t go back to this place .

Dr Shah is a caring, kind, professional ophthalmologist. He is knowledgeable and expert in his field. I highly recommend him.

I love this specific location it's convenient and I have never had an issue with their customer service or professionalism while at the location in person and the doctor provides excellent patient care / services. But over the phone the young lady Jordan was very rude and rushing me off the phone and I can hear her slamming the phone down when I asked questions about my son's glasses and sounded annoyed and kept cutting me off saying call your insurance company about it. I asked for the initial to her last name because I definitely will follow up on my complaint and she blatantly said no and ended the call, which prompted me to go to Google .

I had a great experience with Dr. Bautista and nurse Maritza today. From the welcoming front office staff to the nurse and doctor, they were all fantastic and lovely and made someone with serious anxiety at ease. Hoping I don’t get a surprise bill in the mail and my copay took care of it all. Dr. Leslie is great but if she not available, her colleague Dr. Bautista is just as wonderful. I had to get an injection into my eyelid and nurse Maritza let me squeeze her fingers while Dr. B. explained everything and gave me the countdown to injection. Despite a less than ideal situation, my thanks to all the staff at Dr and Assoc in Westport.
