I can't say enough good things about this practice. Dr. Dang and his wife, Mrs. Dang, run this location and I'm impressed by how thorough their services have been. I had all of my questions answered and did not feel rushed. I left my appointment with contacts that fit well, eyeglasses that I love to wear, and also with updated knowledge about how to care for my eyes. Highly recommend this office.

I had a great experience at this location. The staff was amazing and super helpful and knowledgeable. Would recommend to all my family and friends.

Old white man with the oblong head (not sure if he’s the owner or what) is weird. He can be very aggressive and snippy over small things that don’t really matter. Plus he kinda smells of mold.

This was my first time here at TSO Telfair. I must say I was exceptionally impressed and happy with the TSO front staff members. Everyone was very nice and helpful. Dr. Lisa Le was absolutely amazing! Dr. Lisa Le took the time to explain to me everything I need to know about my prescription. Dr. Lisa Le also went above and beyond her role as a doctor. I felt right at home when I was serviced by Dr. Lisa Le. I will definitely make this TSO Telfair my future go to! I highly recommended Dr. Lisa Le as your optometrist and all your eyewear needs.

We were helped very quickly and the staff was especially helpful and friendly. I was especially impressed with the doctor who was knowledgeable and took plenty of time to explain everything going on and what he planned to do. My sister is neurodivergent and felt completely safe in his hands. I will recommend this facility to everyone.

I have been a patient for some time and really like Dr Nicola, but after today’s phone interaction with her front office staff, sadly, I am considering taking my business elsewhere. I have been trying to call and schedule my appointment for severals days, left a message and received a call back from Felicia. Felicia seemed to not only lack basic phone etiquette skills, but was downward unfriendly, impolite, and rude. After speaking with her twice, I’ve asked to speak to someone else and she advised me she was THE ONLY ONE who can schedule my appointment. If this is the case, Dr. Nicola, your practice is in trouble. I highly recommend some basic phone training for Felicia, so she can help your practice succeed and retain your patients.

I am a client of Dr. Chiang's for Botox and have recently just completed a series of Kybella treatments by her. If you haven't heard of it it's a series of quick injections that melts fat under your chin over a period of time. I am so happy with my Kybella results. I'm always satisfied with Botox but I am literally blown away by how awesome Kybella is. The treatment is supposed to be permanent too! So glad she mentioned it to me at my Botox appointment.

This location has the absolute best designer frame selection and customer service in all of metro Atlanta! I’ve worked with several specialists over the years and Chantelle and Alicia have always made certain I left with whatever looked and made me feel my best. Most recently, Alicia helped me navigate a restyling fiasco (all my fault) with grace and patience. This place will always be my go-to for my vision and styling needs.

Been, using Dr. Sullins for 4 years now. He is friendly and knowledgeable, I currently use contacts and he gives me confidence that my eyes are doing well and not having any problems on my visits.
