From the moment that I walked in everyone was very friendly and attentive. Dr McWilliams was very thorough and explained everything she was doing and asked if I had any questions. Her staff was caring and friendly as well. This will be my new eye doctor office. Very happy that I went to McWilliams Vision Care.

Excellent service by the entire staff; very personable. Dr. Bradshaw gives very personalized service and does his best as a professional to provide first rate service to his patients; he is very caring.

I have never had more thorough and thoughtful eye care before than my last two visits with Dr. Merlino. In the past year I had a cataract that had developed from lens-correctable to needing surgery. Dr. Merlino guided me to one of the best cataract surgery facilities here locally and in the nation. But what I’m happiest about was the detailed and comprehensive follow up exam with him the following week. He gave me answers going forward and answered lots of questions I had post-op. Really one of the best,IMO! Thanks!

Highly recommend! I had a great experience here during my recent contact lens evaluation. The office a lot bigger inside than you’d think from the outside, with TONS of frames to choose from. The doctor and receptionist were both great, and I was in and out in 30 minutes. It was affordable, instead of dilating my pupils, Dr. Anderson has the imaging equipment to just take a picture. Definitely a great business to support!

This place used to be great because it used to be about taking care of the patient. It has changed; the priority now is the almighty bottom line. I have retina problems, and therefore see a retina specialist for dilated exams twice a year. My retina specialist does not do refractions (glasses and contacts prescriptions.) I used to come to the eye care clinic and get my refract and buy my contacts from them etc. They no longer do this. Unless I get a full dilated exam from them (pretty sure I don't need THREE a year--especially from someone with years less training then my vitreo-retina specialist) they won't give me a prescription. Poor service. Only cares about the $ now. Go somewhere else.

My LGBTQ+ family sees Dr McClain every year and always feels welcomed and appreciated as patients. Dr McClain is always very informative when explaining my daughter’s vision and what’s within normal and expected decline for her age and eyes and what’s not. The front office staff is always kind, inquisitive about how we are doing, how life has been and what we have been up to. Couldn’t ask for anything more!

A friend referred me to Dr. Drowota when I needed a new ophthalmologist after my former doctor retired. I am so glad I took her advice. My annual exam appointment went very well. I appreciated the efficiency and competence of the office staff. Dr. Drowota's friendliness, plus the way he answered clearly any questions I had, made the exam a pleasant experience. I am looking forward to my follow up visit next year.

Apparently i used to love this place untill they said i cant be a patient because my prescription was too hard to make at there hack manufacturer (prob china) so apparently that makes me a difficult patient, apparently people are too lazy … More

I have never had anyone care about my eyes and helping me get the best care for my vision needs. He will not let you leave the office without making sure you are comfortable with your vision. It took months for me to find the right contacts after having my eye procedure done and he was there every step of the way making sure I knew that we would find the best lenses for my situation. The best experience I have ever had.

We recently moved to Sparks and instead of going back to our regular optometrist in Reno we decided to go to nearest TM Eyecare. And boy I’m glad I agreed to that. Super friendly Cheryl at reception and an awesome doctor. I was surprised and satisfied to see the time he spent with my son and my wife to assess health of their eyes and change in their vision. I am a satisfied customer and praise and recommend the awesome service and a knowledgeable and thorough doctor.
