TLC made it easy from the start. The staff displayed excellent customer service. I felt comfortable and taken care from the consultation to my very last follow up service. On surgery day it was quick, painless and everyone was professional making me feel at ease. I would recommend to anyone curious about lasik to go to TLC and get a free consultation. Huge thank you to the Billings office for giving me my freedom back.

Best customer service I have ever had in Miami so far! I went to Miami Optical Boutique simply to have a look and left less than an hour after with my brand new glasses confirmed! The variety of options they have, the high quality brands, the environment..everything just reminded me the optical boutiques we have in Italy and that I missed so much since moving to Miami years ago. The owner’s expertise will welcome you immediately! Juan Carlos (the owner) is so customer oriented, caring and attentive towards the clients’ needs! He will guide you through the choice of the perfect glasses for you, giving the right advices and recommendations! On top of everything, the service was so fast! I had my glasses ready two days before the scheduled pick up! I am happy to call myself a client now and will definitely go back for my future optical needs. I totally recommend Miami Optical Boutique!

Friendly and helpful staff, minimal wait time and through eye exam. The technology is updated and the staff is all knowledgeable. Doctor was very professional and a perfectionist which is an awesome combination! Office was clean and efficiently run.

Great staff! I have yet to have a bad experience at this location, I've been in 5 times now (I believe) and all have been professional, timely, and with employees who have a smile on and friendly personalities (plus a couple of the girls there have great sense of humor so that's always a welcomed bonus in my opinion!). Every warranty has been processed as expected, all orders arrived by date as told, and the store pretty clean as well. No complaints here. PS If you're extra good, sometimes you might even get a sugar cookie 😁

I visited a few days ago and very impressed by how patient and knowledgeable Dr Afshar is. He answered all my questions very carefully. I also feel that he is very passionate about eye health. As a patient, a doctor who cares is always the most important thing. I strongly recommend.

incompetent and dishonest. They did not know how to operate their own equipment and billed me extra for a "medical" visit after I agreed to an additional test, they also billed my health insurance and sent me a bill for a copay without telling me. One star is too many.

I had a contact lens appointment in February of this year. In the past 2 months my vision changed. I called up the office and I was immediately able to see Dr Sandoval the next day. I had a refraction done, and although this office didn't have any trial pairs of contacts, Dr Sandoval, both herself, and the amazing techs there call around the other clinics and found me a trial pair that I can pick up tomorrow morning before I have to go back on the road again. They really went out of their way for me and I am super impressed ! Thank you all very much! Blake

I had an eye condition that needed to be addressed asap and I was able to see Dr. Karloff the following day, even though I was a new patient to the practice. He was very thorough examining my eye. He was very kind and patient.
