Great customer service! They have an awesome selection of frames for both regular glasses and sunglasses

I had laser cataract surgery on my right eye and it was a pain free experience and can’t wait to have my left eye done. Everyone on staff at the surgery center was professional and I’m very pleased.

I had such a great experience here. Adrianna helped me the whole time and honestly made the process so easy and comfortable. I’m usually picky when it comes to glasses, but she was super patient and helped me find a pair that actually fit my face well and felt right. You can tell she really cares about customers and isn’t just trying to rush people. My glasses came in quickly and I’ve been getting compliments on them ever since. Definitely coming back next time I need new frames. 😊

Dr. Patel is excellent! She takes the time to explain the results of the exam. As a diabetic, she understands the need to share the results of her exam with my endocrinologist, which was something my previous eye doctor never did despite asking repeatedly. The office staff is very pleasant and efficient. I should also mention that they are very conveniently located at VHC. I already recommend Dr. Patel to everyone I know, and my wife is also a patient.

Dr. Seidel went above and beyond for me when I had an emergency on a Sunday.

He is very rude, he came to waiting room and started yelling at one of his patients because they ask if she can bring seen earlier, his father was an amazing dr.

If I could give less that 1 star I would. GSOL has been coming to our plant since long before I got here. I waited, and waited until they came back out, only to be told this afternoon that since I was not an employee of one of the main company they were forbidden to provide the service. Thanks for NOTHING. I was even going to pay cash, in advance, but still told. "You do not have an existing account we cannot provide the service. You stink.

Friendly and recommended next steps and told me only if I need to wear glasses basically its up to me. I love that my Doctor, Dr. Nez was awesome and the staff also. Friendly faces around I will be coming back for any questions I may have for them.

I will definitely give this place a 5.0 excellent job and friendly staff being my first time there with my kids it was great. I am a very picky person and I recommend this place to anyone especially kids.

I have suffered with MGD since 2019, being told to live with it and being sent home with eye grease. Researching I found out about IPL treatments and had nine with minimal overall change. I found a different doctor and had an iLux treatment, again with no real change or follow-up given. What I needed was a doctor invested in me and my condition, a real doctor-patient relationship. I found that here at Dry Eye Wisconsin. I can go on and talk of how nice everyone is and they truly are, but what I want to let people know are my results. My tear break up from the first clinic never changed beyond 3 (Left Eye) and 2 (Right Eye). I’ve had three appointments at Dry Eye Wisconsin and my tear break up time is now at 14 (Left Eye) and 12 (Right Eye). I also haven’t had to use any nighttime grease or gel to keep my eyes from sealing. I had resigned myself to having to live with this destructive eye disease, but now my eyes are feeling great! Never thought I could feel this good again.

One of the worst customer service place I have been to. I scheduled an appointment for my two kids 10 and 7, I get to the appointment I fill out some information for my daughter they take us in a room with the tech she checks both of my kids she does not explain to the kids what she will be doing she hardly speaks to us when she's done she walks us to the door no saying anything . The doctor calls my son, then we waited and waited for my daughter to be called in and nothing so i go to the receptionist it turns out the doctor won't see my daughter because she is seven and he does not work with kids her age. Understandable but he and everyone failed to tell us that as we continued to wait until I asked the receptionist who said she would not be seen. Worst customer service ever will never return very unprofessional people considering they work with customers.
