Dr. Zhang and Sue the Clinic Manager are not schooled in customer service. Had eye surgery that caused permanent double vision and both of them have failed to follow up properly! They got their money from me and my insurance and now I’m having to see someone else and have more surgery! REMEMBER IM THE PATIENT/CUSTOMER! Such poor business!

I love this place! I get so many Complements on my sunglasses and glasses. Me and my husband and our four kids get our glasses here. Will always recommend this place!

Dr. Michael Duerr was thorough and did not rush my exam. He explained everything so I could understand it. The visit was timely and the office staff was friendly and helpful.

I have only been a patient here for a couple of years. My husband had an issue with his eyes. I brought him here and the Dr. was able to find what the problem is and treat it. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

I love coming to Werner Optometry because everyone is so nice and friendly. Each employee does their specific job so well that it makes me so comfortable. They're also very informative and take all the time needed to explain everything I need to know.

Every one there was amazing.I went there saying to myself Im not going to be wearing no glasses. I do not like glasses. I do not like how they look or feel on my face. If I have to wear glasses I will get surgery etc. However, I went there and all the ladies was so above beyond nice and very knowledgeable. The Dr. Was AMAZING!!. She was attentive, understanding, and knowledgeable. They were all professional. I left there with not with just one pair but two pairs of glasses and the prices are very reasonable as well. I’m so happy that I went. Thank you ladies for being so phenomenal..May God Continue to bless you all!!

My most recent experience at America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses has been very quick, easy and thorough. The Ophthalmologist portion of the screening/exam was especially nice and smooth. I was pleased with how Dr Williams conducted the exam remotely; she was extremely thorough and the process was incredibly interactive! I must say, using the remote or digital exam was better than my previous ones. Thank you America's Best....

My uncle was scheduled to have eye surgery it was frustrating to find out what time were they were to pick him up the office said someone would call by Friday no one did until late Sunday afternoon. After calling all the numbers on the paper he was given one nurse was rude and sarcastic I told her who works from a surgery on a Sunday she said to call the morning of his surgery. After making a complaint I spoke with a very nice man Mr Martin he took care of everyone including the 2nd surgery. He was so nice to speak to .. everybidy had cells but yu could never leave a message

I never go home to write a review, but I felt I had to! I took my two daughters with her today eye vision checkups. She was attentive, professional, and took her time to explain not only the diagnosis and treatment options. I am really happy to have found her! Thank you Dr!
