Most of my healthcare is provided by the Medstar team and I have confidence in the care I receive, however there are some shortfalls. For sample: -Post hospitalization follow up appointments are difficult to obtain in a reasonable amount of time. -Prior authorization approvals for medication should take days and I’ve experienced weeks and months for medication needed to treat chronic illnesses. I’ve experienced both of theses matters more than once or twice.

Dr Zloty is a great doctor! He’s extremely personable (which is highly underrated) and professional. Even though it’s a busy office and the wait can be a bit long, his staff is courteous and professional also. He performed cataract surgery on my left eye and it is now 20/20

Not one but TWO scheduled appointments with Dr. Fingerman door locked lights out "gone to lunch" sign & packages at door ... waited 48 minutes still no one, no excuse for work now ..this was after verbal confirmation, Email,and pre registration online.

WOW. I've only had one other eye doctor as thorough & knowledgeable as Dr. Barnes. Dr. Barnes & her staff are very professional and courteous. They have a wide selection of frames that are reasonably priced. This place is less than 2 minutes from my job, which is nice - I can go on my lunch hour. Overall, it was a great experience. I cannot wait to get my new specs!

Went to the ER last night with complications from a sinus infection that spread to my eye. After hours of testing, the ER couldn't find the cause of my extreme eye pain so they referred me to Dr Andreoli. I was able to get in early on a Saturday morning with almost no wait time. Within minutes he had found embedded eyelashes, likely from all the inflammation in my lids. He was so steady handed that I barely noticed him removing the embedded lash and I had immediate relief from my pain. I am so thankful that I was referred to him. He answered all my questions and took my infection seriously and even swapped my meds to something that should help me faster. I would feel confident going back to this clinic.

Didn't give me my glasses or contacts

The visit was perfect. I was disappointed of what I had to go through to get my exam results. A gentle reminder, 45 CFR section 164.524 explains my patient rights to my medical records. I will be using a different optometrist from here on out.

Just picked up my Rayban Meta’s from Danny and the team! The glasses are amazing, they came in super fast and they feel great! If I could give 10 stars I would. Highly recommend Webster Square vision for your eye care needs! Can’t express my gratitude enough

Dr. Vigil is by far the best optometrist I have ever had. She's very thorough with the exam, and I absolutely trust my health in her care. I truly enjoy coming back to her year after year.

Out of network for my insurance. However, the staff was so amazingly helpful, that my glasses were less expensive than in-network! Savings of $100-$150 this year! I receive compliments on the cute frames I found there, as well. Great quality + affordability = Win win!
