My first time meeting Dr Broussard. She’s professional, honest, and has a very friendly Bedside manner, explains everything and openly discusses your options. Oh…… and she has a great personality and sense of humor. It was the BEST experience I’ve ever had with an ophthalmologist!!!!

This owner is crazy. I was asked to change this review to receive healthcare. My prescription looks wrong after it was hastily written 3 months after my appointment. I've been here three different times to get a prescription. The first time I was told I had two wait 2 months or pay $150 (I can only get a contact prescription every 2 year with Medicaid). Pricey so I said no just the prescription. Second time I came here, they were not prepared for customers and I was asked to come back next week for the prescription. After my initial 3 star review which was constructively positive, I was contacted twice about this review from the owner. I did not respond. The review was changed to the first sentence. Upon arriving to ask what happened, the owner ran to the back to show me he didn't process my prescription after 3 months. He accused me of lying and berated me about not giving me a chance. I gave your store 3 chances, you failed every time. Show some respect.

The visit with the Doctor was fine but the male Assistant was a little short and made us feel not welcomed. He seemed not happy to be working there. Rushed through the whole thing and attitude needs to be checked. It's fine if I was the only one who was treated that way, but my husband said the same thing. So clearly he needs more training on how to treat patients. The 2 female assistants were great.

The best Optical! A wide selection of designer frames and their high index lens are truly high index. Super satisfied

The staffs are very kind and friendly. This vision center is super busy most of the time because of that. Most people avoid going to Glendale Ave location ( I just discovered that after I read the reviews of both stores and after I saw how this location is super busy[ around ten customers at the same time] Vs [none at Glendale Ave] since the employees there are so rude and don’t want to work.
After a very bad experience in that Glendale Ave Vision center, Jordan helped me immediately to get many replacement of nose pads that Liza ( the manger of Glendale Ave vision center took them out from the new frame that She replaced for my son’s glass after two hours and half of fighting and getting back and forth with corporate to get them replaced )

Busy professionals and families beware. I’ve been coming to Eyecare Associates for 8+ years and they will not respect your time as a patient. It’s not unusual to wait a combined 15, 30, or 45 minutes between seeing various doctors. It’s much more likely you will sit there longer than you’re actually seen. The care itself is fine, but wow are they disrespectful of your time.

My go to for glasses/contacts exams. Dr. Oeung is always patient with all my questions and explains everything thoroughly. The entire staff is very helpful and kind. You'll be done with the exam before you know it. Definitely recommended!

Dulce Walker was recommended by my retinologist at eye associates.
I have had AMD for over five years and tested at 20/100.
Dr Walker asked us a bunch of questions and then had me sit down for a refracting. In a very short time she had me at 20/40 with a prescription.
I was amazed. I will pick up the glasses on Monday.
Also, I found a wonderful "reading machine" called a "Clear Virw GO" and have been reading books and text books for the first time in about 3 years. it's a hi res TV camera, light and screen in a very flexible configuration.
This has been the first real improvement I have had since i hooked up a 50" Vizio TV set as a monitor on m y computer. I am very grateful..

I was diagnosed with Keratoconus last year and could not see clearly even with glasses on. Everything was blurry 24/7. I was referred to Dr. Schwartz by my cornea specialist for scleral lenses. She was so knowledgeable about this condition and the scleral lenses. She worked very closely with me teaching me how to put them in and take them out. Today I can see all thanks to Dr. Schwartz! Dr. Schwartz and her staff are amazing and professional. I highly recommend her for any optical needs you may have, especially if it is concerning keratoconus and scleral lenses.

We came to see Dr. Fuerst for a second opinion and I am extremely happy we did! She was thorough, friendly, funny, and came up with a plan. Highly recommend.
