This place is very disorganized. There doesn't seem to be any kind of system for patient sign in, patient outreach, patient info or clinic app reminders besides an old crumpled composition book. In the 3 hours I've been here, several people have complained multiple times about appointments, referals, and a lack of communication. All while waiting for a 1 hour eye exam that's taken over 3 hours to do.

Love the staff and the office!! Been going here for over 6 years, nothing bad to say ever. Great service, the staff is friendly and helpful. I always have a great time when I go. The doctors are kind and want what is best for you and your eyes. Thanks Louisiana Eye Care!!!

I needed glasses. America's best is great! Very easy, and fast. The Dr. and whole staff are very friendly and very helpful. I got 2 pairs of glasses, and a pair of sunglasses. I can see much clearer, and it didn't cost that much. I recommend getting the optional eye scan, it gives the Dr and you a better view of your eye health. We only get one set, take care of them! Thanks again to everyone at America's Best in Mckinney.

Went for a appointment after 175.00 for exam and got my glasses next door. I was unable to wear the glasses. Luckily they had warranty in the 30 days. Id love to have a refund from the eye doctor so I can go elsewhere. It's a …

My glasses were bent and falling off so I stopped by to ask for help. The nice lady fixed them for me immediately, and they stopped falling off. Thank you so much!

I recently took my 3 year old in for a possible eye infection. Dr. Elson was amazing. He also saw her for her first eye exam a year and a half ago and blew my mind with how extremely patient he is with kids and getting their attention! I definitely recommend!

I was quite happy with my eye appointment. From the receptionist to the nurse tech to Dr. Nichols they were all very warm & friendly. I was walked thru & explained my next step surgery would be quick & simple. I appreciated the kindness & the office atmosphere was super!
