Very rude when we walked in. Daughter had an appointment. Was told after filling out info that she couldn’t be seen because of her age. I should have left after hearing how she addressed people on the phone… How she spoke about them with other staff… The eye rolls, the attitude from the “Can I help you?” Like having an appointment was an inconvenience to her. I have worked primary and specialty care and I never, no matter how short staffed, stressed or whatever; would be or could be rude to patients. My daughter is 10 and even made a comment about it when we got to the car! Horrible service, unfriendly and incredibly rude.

I saw Angela Johnson. I think she’s at a another location now at their new office. I came here after a terrible experience with another Dr. at the old fort Walmart location (I do not recommend ever) She did a thorough physical exam and was able to correct my prescription that was 3x too high by other Dr.

I had a very pleasant experience working with In Focus Eyecare when it came time to purchase a new pair of glasses. The staff were extremely friendly, polite, and patient. They have a nice selection of glasses to choose from, and offer all of the newest features available in eyeglass technology. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a place to purchase their glasses or contacts!

Dr K Modi and his team is fantastic. Best part, they have Parking, so it saved me Uber drive.

Made an appointment on their website and when I showed up they said they had no record of it. They told me I would need to wait at least an hour to be seen. No apology, no apparent concern that their website accepts appointments that do not show up in their system, nothing. Don't go to the trouble of going here unless you're prepared to wait an extended period of time. Just awful.

My spouse and I had a terrible time at our local MyEyeDr location. My glasses are about two months late getting in. The staff has lied about the time it would take to get them in. The first time their lab messed my pair of glasses up and then the second pair got lost. I’m on my third pair and was told it would take at max a week to get them in and it’s been over two now and past the original late date. My spouse was told they might have holes in their eyes and was suppose to get an immediate referral to a specialist but, after a week we had to talk to the specialist ourselves and make an appointment because the staff from MyEyeDr never sent the referral. My spouse was also taken back to have eye surgery the day of the appointment. They also couldn’t get my contact exam straight and I ended up having to call them and fix it myself. After that they called me multiple times trying to get me to confirm when I’d already talked to them about it, to the point I just called and canceled the appointment. They then proceeded to call and tell my spouse I never showed up for my exam after I had cancelled the appointment. As long as my spouse and I have worn glasses, we have never had an experience like this before.

The best out of every place I researched, and I researched them all! They were the only place that turned out to have everything I was looking for..answered the call, could get an eye appointment quickly, full insurance coverage, some of the best prices on lenses,and frames, (i compared all the ones that took the insurance)plenty of selection for frames, everyone was really nice.,they took their time getting everything that I wanted, the perfect lens, great fit on glasses, extra checks on the perfect progressive lens for my eyes. I have no complaints. And I checked every place in town and I mean literally. I hope all the effort I put in can help someone else.

I am very happy to say that I had a wonderful experience with Dr. KULBERG. Her professionalism was at the highest standards, and she helped me with all of my eye care needs. The variety of glasses was very extensive and I ended up taking 2 pairs. I strongly recommend Dr. KULBERG and I will be back
