Dr Fierro was a true professional. He also saved me money on a box of contacts that were incorrect when ordered. He was very thorough with a great bedside manner. I highly recommend him.

Your receptionist is incompetent. She scheduled me a month out calls me the day before the appointment to ask me why I need an appointment. Are there not notes in patient files?. Then she tells be there is a scheduling error which was probably the main reason for the call. She then refuses to schedule me another appointment since my issue could be resolved walking in. Would have been nice to know a month ago. Decent doctors need better front desk staff.

Dr. Kelly's beside manner and thoroughness is unmatched. His calm demeanor and extensive training give assurance that you are in the best hands. His office is easy to access with free parking, and his staff is friendly and helpful.

If I had the option to put no stars, I would. Bad service, doesn't answer their calls and when they do they leave you on hold and they never get back to you. I don't think it's fair to have to go look for them at their business to actually make an appointment when they have a phone number for a reason.

I had diabetic eye exam, check for macular degeneration and eye exam for glasses. Dr. Mokhor was awesome! She was very knowledgeable and kind. Dr. Mokhor explained everything she did and what she found. Mili checked me out. She was very patient and nice as I had alot of questions. Would highly recommend going here. You will save hundreds of dollars compared to a EENT office.

Dr. Robert Bailey did my lens explants two months ago. I had heard excellent reviews on his ability to remove wrong lens implanted. He did not disappoint at all. He is a very kind, caring doctor who is very skilled at what he does. I would highly recommend this clinic and especially this caring doctor.

I found Ferocious Eyes to provide excellent service, prices are very competative and prescriptions are filed on the premisses which cuts down wait time drastically. My glasses were ready in 3 business days! Optician, Kim, was very knowledgable, pleasant and customer centered. I recommend this optical center highly! In addition it to great service, it is a local company doing business here in RI!
