Been here for over 10 years. Dr. Amy Chen has done an excellent job at correcting my vision. Would highly recommend this doctor to others.

Seems like a decent place, and was well spaced out when I went. Staff were pleasant and Dr Hong (if that's the female doc) was knowledgeable. I have a procedure set up soon, so I'll update so long as I don't go blind. Edit 7/13/21: it's the day of the procedure. They were half an hour late getting me into put chops in my eyes, that was after I went up to complain. But it's now been over an hour and I still have yet to go in for my actual procedure. There's one person ahead of me, which I found out about after I managed to get the attention of the receptionist. No matter how it goes today, I don't think I want to come back again.

I highly recommend Dr. KO and his team. My cataract surgery went very well, and his staff was curious and helpful. Yet, because he is so sought-after wait times, it might challenge your patience.

Dr. Ko and Dr. Hong are superb. I had cataract surgery done on both eyes and the results were impeccable. The associate doctors in the practice are great as well. If you want the best care and results, I highly recommend Dr. Ko and Dr. Hong's office.

I recently visited the Advanced Eye Physicians office and had a great experience. The entire visit was quick and seamless. The staff was friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of eye care. Dr. Tsai was not only very nice but also exceptionally professional, making the visit a pleasant and reassuring one.

Dr Nancy Tsai is experience in her field. My entire family goes to her for eye exams. She offers excellent service on all aspects of the eye diseases. My mom's glaucoma and cateract surgery was perfect.

Ive been coming here for more than 10+ years and i have nothing but good experiences from here. They have good Doctors and staff workers who are very helpful.

I saw Dr Kirkland today. She is so sweet, kind,and so pleasant. Too bad I didn’t discover her earlier.Her bedside manners on a scale of 1 to 10 is (10 )absolutely. One of the best . , I highly recommended her . Her front desk girl is just as nice and pleasant as well.. So happy I found this office!!!!!

It’s impossible to get thru the phone. Two months went by and glasses were not ready. I requested a refund to go elsewhere and was told that I had to come in person but as soon as I called my bank miraculously they were able to do the refund without me coming in. This was done in May and it’s now the last day of September and my benefits haven’t been reinstated. The receptionist said it was done eventhoughy I told her I was told by the ins co it wasn’t done and she said , she couldn’t call. I came in in person and all odd a sudden she could call. This place sucks , don’t waste your time and money in a place thr shows no interest in your needs.

Absolutely the worst office. Do not waste your time ! The staff is nice, yes but the office is literally impossible to get in contact with. Phones ring off the hook, glasses are NEVER ready on time and the office seems to NEVRRRRR be open. They definitely do not honor their posted office hours. I am waiting for my son’s glasses for over a month now. A MONTH !

Bought a pair of glasses recently. Been to lots of different vision centers and none of them charged me examination fee; however, this place charges $75 if you don't decide to buy their glasses and $30 even if you do. They trick you into the examination because they make you do the exam first even before you look at the glasses and they did this without telling you the cost. When I finally picked a pair of glasses - mind you they weren't one of those popular luxury brands - they told me if I get the extra thin lenses with warranty plus the exam plus the AR film they apply it would come close to $750 which is ridiculously priced. When they saw I was about to leave, they gave me the whole thing for $500 which just says how overpriced their glasses are. A week later, I went to go pick up the glasses. They only had 2 people working so I had to stand outside waiting for about 20 minutes before someone was able to let us in. They didn't even take our temperatures. The guy that helps tighten your glasses then tells us that we need to be careful when selecting glasses that nose piece like the ones I chose aren't able to be adjusted. So why didn't anyone tell us this when we were picking glasses? He also wasn't very professional. He didn't even clean/sanitize the glasses after he touched them which many other vision centers did for me. Definitely do not recommend.
