I was here yesterday as a new client. The place is very upscale and the staff was knowledgeable and professional. The eye doctor was superb,friendly and took time to explain everything thoroughly. He answered all my questions and never made me feel rushed or like he was too busy for questions ( like some eye doctors I've been too) Anybody looking for a great eye doctor where you can get either glasses or contacts should really try this place. They accept most insurances and deliver top notch service from start to finish!! I give them 5 stars 🤩

Dr. Sheh maintains an excellent relationship with her patients. She ensures clear and transparent communication with Deaf patients. Dr. Sheh demonstrates great care and professionalism in her practice and is an outstanding physician.

I don’t like to leave negative reviews, but the eye doctor did not provide me the care that I needed for my Son. Dr. Chow saw my son, and as he entered the room I could tell from that moment that it wasn't a welcoming environment as it was pleasant when we arrived and checked in. The doctor was running late and rushed the exam. He wasn’t professional about the explanation of my son’s prescription when I asked multiple questions. He seemed stressed from the moment we saw him, and it made my son as well as myself as a parent uneasy. It was my first time going to a private eye doctor, and the care that was provided was worse than going to Costco or Walmart. I would not recommend this office for a simple exam for glasses. The staff was friendly and welcoming, but the doctor needs to learn to take his time and be professional. The reason going to a private office for my son was crucial, and all we received was a fast paced exam with no professionalism. We will not be coming back as well as my company colleagues since we just got a new vision insurance company through V S P.

Very good service, really clean. There was a lot of glasses to choose from so I asked someone to help me and I remember her name was Jahaira she was really nice.

New patient and I can’t be more impressed with the whole process. Could see me within a day or two when they called right away from my online inquiry. Basic info needed online for a new patient, streamlined check in. From that moment and talking about my benefits a few minutes then walking out after a thorough exam took 28 minutes. I have to sit in the waiting room where I’ve been going for 8-10 years. Wow 5 big bold gold STARS

This is my second time trying their grooming. NOT SATISFIED!!! I guess the groomers are not experienced because it's always some issue. The first time I just wanted my dog teeth cleaned or brushed with nail trim and a haircut. Not a good experience. Her teeth was not brushed, I could see the filth still on them not to mention the doggy breathe and her nails were still scratching me. They claimed she wouldn't let them do a good job. Well it's been over a year and I decided to try them again. I took her back for the full spa treatment and left a picture for them on how to trim her coat. Well when I picked her up she was shaved and they claimed they couldn't do a great job cuz she had anxiety. Even the shave was lousey. The cashier asked if I wanted to tip the groomer, He'll naw!!! See pic that I posted. The last pic is the photo I have them on how I wanted my little girl to be trimmed.

I wear a lot of prescription eyeglasses and sunglass and was recommended to L'Optique and Simon Babouchian the owner. I have been so pleased with Simon and the store, they are so attentive and caring and get the job done on time for a great price and quality. I have worked with many optometry shops and now I have my my go to place. They are helpful, kind and give excellent service with personal care. I highly recommend them for your eyewear needs.
