Great staff put me at ease immediately as I was in pain from an eye injury. They were able to get me in the same day which was huge. They were kind & patient explaining everything during my eye exam. Dr Coen was amazing very thorough best doctor I’ve seen in years hands down. Highly Recommend!

I have been a patient of Dr. Caplan for many years in the Mandeville office. The Drs. are very informative and knowledgeable when dealing with my vision. I recently had cataract surgery on both eyes by Dr. Sumich. I had great results and no longer need glasses or contacts. The office staff is very friendly and helpful. I recommend Caplan Eye Clinic to all my friends.

I had a great experience at Texas Eye Surgeons. Everyone treats you very respectfully. The doctors and staff are very knowledgeable, detailed and thorough. I highly recommend using them for any eye surgery needs.

Every visit I’ve made here was the most stress-free doctor appointment I’ve experienced. From the front desk to clinical, all staff treated me with kindness and respect. The doctors are especially friendly, accommodating, empathetic, honest, and kind people. You can trust this location to take of you and your eyes.

I am an employee at UC Berkeley, and figured that this would be a convenient place to get a new pair of glasses, just minutes from my office on campus, and that the clinic would be accustomed to working with the vision portion of University's health insurance plans. I thought wrong! It took me months to get an appointment. Upon finally getting one, I was asked to provide vision insurance information over the phone. Upon explaining that I was an employee and reading said insurance information straight out of the UCB's employee web portal, I was told that it couldn't be correct, and that unless I could come up with some other plan information they expected, my employee insurance would be declined and I would have to pay out of pocket. I re-explained what I was seeing in the employee portal, and that I would cancel my appointment if my employee insurance couldn't be accepted, at which point I was abruptly told that, in that case, my appointment was cancelled. Just another typical day dealing with UC administrative nonsense. My advice: Save yourself a headache, and go anywhere else. I should have months ago.

Matty has been exceptional. My children and I were received with open arms and a warm greeting. My son’s vision has gotten worst and she made sure he was seen right away. She was very thorough, so Caring and on point with everything. Super … grateful for her. Thank you for having such a great asset in your team.

They wasted my time today. I booked my appointment a month ago, and got verbal confirmation. Then waited a month. Today was the appointment date, so I visited this shop just to hear that there is no record under my name. So I thought maybe I made a mistake. But when I asked them to scheduled an appointment again, they already knew all my personal information.. which means when I asked them to make an appointment last time, they opened my account and then forgot to put an appointment date, I guess?? So I waited for a month..for nothing. And when I asked them to reschedule, they told me I need to wait another two months.. Yes, there can be a mistake. But at least you should have explained something reasonable. Not just saying 'I don't see anything'.

Dr. Wallace and the rest of the staff at East Memphis Optometry were incredibly knowledgeable and efficient during my appointment. It was the most thorough eye exam I’ve received in years and I’m so impressed by the time he took to figure out the right prescription for me. I’ll definitely be recommending this office to friends and family.
