Terrible eye doctor, I refused getting eyes dilated & bifocals. She gave me lecture about 50 year olds never accepting change. She gave my husband the same exam & he wasn’t lectured at all. She diagnosed me with glaucoma. I went back to my eye doctor of 33 years, they assured me I didn’t have glaucoma. Grocery store eye doctors, are worth skipping.

First, I gotta mention the doctor is really great. My appointment at 10:30 arrived at 10:10, and I was seen by an opthalmologist at 11:40, 11:40 could you imagine? In addition to that the lady at the reception was rude. Waiting time just ain't right.

This is a terrific office. The eye doctor is great. He's very thorough he checks and double checks everything. That's what I like about coming here. His employees are very nice as well. I've gotten my last three pair of glasses from this office.

I wish I could give Dr. Hester and his staff 10 stars. He was professional, caring, informative, and had the best bed-side manner I have ever encountered. I felt seen and heard as an individual. Then there is the fact that I went from corrected vision of 20/50 to having 20/20 vision without glasses! I am beyond thrilled with the results! I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone and am so grateful that my optometrist referred me to him.

Most comprehensive eye exam I had in my life yet!

It was a good visit. Prices are a little high but all glasses are expensive. Service from doctor was really good

Love coming to this location, the remodel is inviting and this location always has someone available from check in to cash out. Super friendly and Tracy F is such a great sales person, very patient and gives great advice and will check the best options for your budget. Always come here!

I stopped in shortly after opening and Mayra was the the only employee there at that time. She already had two customers ahead of me that she was working with. She greeted me promptly, and when she had time she promptly addressed my needs. She did the same for other customers as she worked on my glasses. Mayra repaired the nose cushion/bridge of my glasses. The quality of her work was great. My glasses fit nicely now. Mayra is an exceptional worker, and I’ll definitely be coming back to EyeGlass World in the future.

Rude and condescending front desk staff. One in particular has no manners. Made appt. for my mother and there was a shift in tone when they found out about the insurance. Very unprofessional and insensitive to patients esp. elderly.
