I had my first appointment here today...... It will NOT be my last! Dr. Larrson is wonderful!!! She is down to earth and kind! Crystal is such a sweetheart. If you need an eye exam..... I would not hesitate to highly recommend this office!!!

First visit to Mass retina eye specialists. Doctor Sharmila and her staff were very kind and attentive. I received detailed explanation of my condition and what they were doing step by step. Loved my visit.

I think the doctors are very professional and friendly. They are easy to talk to about your care. The associates in the exam rooms could be more cordial and use proper english instead of pop your glasses off or take a seat. I still love eye consultants.

Professional, courteous, knowledgeable .. and they take you on time. Lucinda is outstanding as a technician. Dr. Corcoran is very personable and takes the time to clearly explain the exam and diagnosis. These folks are the best!

I have always appreciated the expert and professional treatment at Dr. Vogels office. From the receptionist to the doctor himself my husband and I have been treated so well that it’s always been a pleasure to return each time. Dr. Vogel and his assistants are so professional and yet they explain everything in terms that we understand. Their concern for their patients is as if we were members of their family. Now at their new offices they are able to provide even more services and the environment is so pleasant you almost don’t want to leave. The new office is even more convenient to get to. I trust this doctor and his assistants implicitly because they are the best at what they do and I recommend them highly.

We are happy with the cataract surgery my dad had. The problem is the hospital that charged us double for anesthesia, because one anesthesiologist was administering the anesthesia and the other anesthesiologist was watching. For only one eye! And in the process of trying to figure out this issue, they sent the bill to collections- Obviously, because the billing specialist department do not answer, bounce you around because nobody knows how to resolve any issues and unable to take payments or set up a payment plan or to set up autopay because, "That is not my job, I will transfer you to another representative".

Accessible location and the place is clean. Dr. Sagar Dhandia including other staffs helped in every possible way. Thanks everyone. Some of prescribed medicines are not covered from my insurance but there is not much they can do.

I’m horrible with eye exams, but everyone here was super nice and helpful (and patient with my inability to keep eye open for very long)

Dr. Tsai was thorough. He explained what would happen with cataract surgery. He relieved Don's fears. He called the evening of the procedure to see if my husband was ok. Post surgery eye drops were explained in detail. Staff and Dr. Tsai were wonderful. High praise for everyone.
