Their selections and attention to detail are amazing!

I had an outstanding experience as a new patient at Olive + Spex. Dr. Pham was very friendly and took the time to make sure I understood what she was doing during her exam as well as my results and what they meant. I really appreciated her expertise and her care and empathy for me as a patient. AJ was wonderful and welcoming -- both when I called to make an appointment as well as when I arrived. I've had so many experiences with bored/unfriendly/uninterested health care team mates, and AJ was everything but! He was also great at helping me with frame selections, having already started picking some things he thought might work well for me before I started looking. He has great taste and also works to understand what you might like/prefer. Highly recommend this practice!

We had a good first experience here for my almost 3 year old daughter! The assistant was sweet and patient with her, as well as Dr. Drake. They stayed calm while my little girl cried, and they were just so patient with the both of us. Definitely will be bringing her back here for yearly exams!

If you have time to waste, this is the place to go. You have to wait basically an hour an a half to be seen. Everything is so outdated and when I say everything even the dr. He moves at turtle pace.

My initial visit to eye doctor was great staff was great. It took three weeks for my glasses to come back which was fine I had to call to and check on my glasses the gentleman said they came in that morning so I went to go get them th they gave me the wrong glasses and acted as if it was a simple mistake now I have to wait another three weeks for my glasses to come back very disappointed

I appreciate her so much! She was so attentive, understanding and wanted to make sure I got the best result with my contacts and it made me feel so seen and fantastic. My visual problems are such a struggle and finding someone to listen can be hard at times, but I really felt heard. Thank you

Dr. Kassoff did an absolutely excellent job with my Lasik surgery. He and his assistant, Amanda, explained the process, options and etc., very clearly and carefully. The reading materials they provided were really helpful, not sales material. The surgery and recovery went exactly as they had indicated, with great success. I don't think I could be much more satisfied! If you are considering laser surgery, make the smart, informed choice and go with Dr. Jordan Kassoff. I was intending to use one of the laser surgeons that does tons of marketing in the Capital District. Her staff assessed me. The $250 advertised price-tag became $2000/eye. Her Google rating is very high, but I have heard and read of problems. Please choose carefully.
