Dr. Rob Keller didn't need to man his phones but when I called him from Alaska 8 years ago he answered the phone. He genuinely cares about people around the world. That conversation I had with him stuck with me and some huge things are on the horizon.

I went in & spoke with Minha she was very professional & courteous, she assisted me with ordering a custom pair of the Justin frames. She was able to assist and process the order. I would definitely recommend going here! As I recently went to another LensCrafters the same day, and will not be back to that one, but I will definitely be back to this lens crafter again in the future.

I had ordered a pair of glasses from this particular location and I’m not upset about the fact that the glasses, I’m more upset about the staff. I called on Friday to see if my glasses had been shipped off yet which was confirmed they had been shipped that day. I was told that they could potentially be there on Saturday and I waited for a call but never received one. I called them and they said that they didn’t receive anything. I then called yesterday to double-check and confirm if they were supposed to be coming in I was told by an employee that they were and that they would call me. I received a call later that day stating they had not come in. I was told by the same employee that I talked to previously on Monday that they would for sure be in on Tuesday so I called on my lunch about three or four times there was no answer so I called again, and when a lady answered, I asked her if they had gotten a shipment in for my glasses, I was told no by her and that I was given the wrong information that they don’t ship over the weekend. I explained to her that the man that I had talked to previously promised me that they were supposed to be there on Monday when they didn’t show up promised me they were supposed to be there on Tuesday, she asked me if there was anything else and it could be helped with and I said well if you wouldn’t mind informing the man I talked to about giving wrong information he gave me so he wouldn’t have an issue with other peoplee, her response was like well is there anything that I can help you with? She was very snippy and very rude to me and the only thing I had to say to her was you don’t need to be rude, I was just saying that it’s a suggestion and letting you know that your employee is giving false information to people. She then apologized. I should say it wasn’t a real apology because she was still very snippy with me and said well I’m sorry, and then just hang up on me . I’m not mad about my glasses and the quality of the glasses from Pearle vision. I am upset about the customer service that I received from this location and I’ve been going to Pearle vision for about three or four years now and never had this type of customer service ever so I’m a little disappointed.

Dr. Juan Aguilar is the best ophthalmologist. I am very happy with the procedure that he performed with my eye implants, maintains always the best and professional ethic. In consultation you feel like family and the attention of his staff is amazing. I recommend my Doctor to those who want to have the best attention and wish to feel in full confidence in his magical hands. Aleida

It is a beautiful, friendly and clean place to take your kids. The staff are so caring it made me feel like home. Thank you for everything, my grand kids liked it a lot.

Dr. Jeffries removed my cataracts in 2021 and I will be forever grateful. My eyesight is perfect! (I drive 2.5 hours each way from my home to EyeCare Professionals. Worth every minute!)

This is my second year with Adventures in Eyecare and I’ve enjoyed every visit. Dr. Brian Cin is personable and makes you feel right at home. He is knowledgeable and incredibly helpful. Thanks for taking care of me!

Gabriel was a great help in picking my glasses, and took the time to explain the options, and introduced me to a style I hadn't considered before which helped me tremendously. The optometrist is awesome and so is his staff. Great team from front of store to the optometrist.

I’ve been coming to Austin Eye since I moved to Texas nearly twenty years ago. I’ve had excellent treatment from Dr. Mitchell Wong and Dr. Odette, since Dr. Wong retired. Both are excellent physicians. Their Jollyville clinic is newly renovated and is beautiful with a giant tv (8 x 12 feet!) playing Democrat videos of tropical islands. Worth showing up early for.

My son had a bad eye infection that wasn’t clearing with standard medication. Sarah was wonderful and got us in within an hour! Dr. Mariana did a very thorough exam and made multiple recommendations and prescribed a new eye drop. He was clear within 5 days and ready for his backpacking trip! So grateful for this amazing team!
