Dr. Boyd, Lisa, Henry and the all the staff were excellent. I've recently moved back to the area and my son recommended Eye Care Associates. I can't wait until my new glasses arrive. Dr. Boyd also followed up on my questions regarding mono vision contacts where I can see near and far. I'm looking forward to my fitting! Thank you so much!

They told my friend she couldn’t get her medicine after suffering from her tumor in her right eye until they see her for an available appointment in march 2025 it’s december 2024!

I had the pleasure of working with Jessika at the Lansing SEE location. She provided a wonderful experience from start to finish! She ensured that I was the only one in the store with my newborn at the time of my visits. This was huge for me with the current pandemic. My father is currently in remission from a rare and aggressive form of bone marrow cancer and suffers from an extremely compromised immune system. All precautionary measures to protect him and my daughter are always taken seriously so it was very exciting to see how thorough Jessika was creating a safe and sanitized environment for me to get new glasses. I am absolutely in love with my new glasses and give her and this location a 5 star rating! Top notch customer care and service! Way to go above and beyond Jessika! Thank you!

I have been going to this location for the past 2 years, recently I called and asked for a copy of my contact lens prescription, the "call center" promised the information would be emailed, 1 week went by, then 2 weeks, I called again, and the call center again promised someone would send me the information, 3 weeks later I still do not have the information requested. After that, I attempted to schedule an appointment online, and waited for a confirmation for the appointment--nothing. I called a different eye dr's today and I'm scheduled for next week. This office needs to answer the phone, get rid of the call center--it's useless. Also confirm appointments made online. SMH. I have no contacts!

Spokane Eye Clinic is a clean facility with friendly, well-trained staff. They maintain timely appointments as well as accurate testing procedures prior to the actual doctor visit. As for Dr Alan Johnson, he is knowledgeable, friendly and has a good sense of humor. He always makes me feel good that I came to my appointment. He describes the condition of my eyes in terms that I can understand and keeps me informed of any changes. I have confidence that he is an excellent optometrist and I’m thankful for his care!

Karen was very rude and did anything to not see my son today. Canceled my appointment before I got there because I couldn't confirm through a phone call. Did not send an email or any other type of correspondence. Also, tried to use the insurance as a reason for him not to be seen today, once confirmed the insurance. She rescheduled. Not even 5min. later called to let me know he was out of network. If I'm doing the promotion my insurance doesn't even matter. Attitude was awful and did not explain any other options, was just trying to cancel his appointment. I've never seen the place and have no desire to walk foot through those doors.

Hands down, this is the best optometry office I have ever had the pleasure of frequenting. Dr. Z is incredible, thorough, and will keep you as engaged as you are comfortable with (I tend to ask several questions). I always felt very welcome, comfortable, and cared for. After recently moving out of state, I had seriously considered flying back to Marietta for exams. Don't sleep on this little office - I have recommended all my friends and family to this office without hesitation.

Never have I ever been billed twice for 1 office visit. 1. I get one free eye exam a year, but specialist are billed at a 40.00. This pleace billed me a Specialist copay for 4 years, then on year 5 decided that they also wanted to charge me for an eye exam. Insurance supposedly wouldn't cover it under a specialist???? Seems like a coding issue to me but of course the office staff can't be bothered. So I paid them and transferred elsewhere. No one is irreplaceable!

My initial visit was great! The staff were friendly, the Dr. engaging, and the process of ordering new glasses was quick and easy. I felt zero pressure to order and appreciated how they walked me through my insurance coverage. I definitely recommend Optical Associates.

First when you walk in you notice is very clean and inviting. Check in is very smooth and they do not make wait very long. The entire staff is professional, nice and helpful. Dr. Natalia Rodriguez is my doctor and she is outstanding. I went to another office and they just ran me through the process and wasted my money but especially my time. Dr. Rodriguez explained everything to me in detail and recommended the best course of action. Now I can see 20/20 which I haven't done in over 30 years. This has been a very wonderful life changing experience. Thank you Dr. Rodriguez and to all the staff at Family Eye Health. I am now a customer for life.
