I have been a patent of the practice for about 40 years and appreciate the care I receive. Dr. Chung took over from my previous doctor when she retired a few years ago. I find Dr. Chung and other patient support staff to be personable, thorough, and efficient.

I've been going here for years because I have T1D and I need special attention on my eyes. I've always had a pleasant experience and the frames are beautiful. Sam was also extremely attentive and explained anything I had questions on during my annual visit!

Dr Chandler did an outstanding job. Our American Akita Ace had to have surgery on both eyes for entropion eyelids. He healed quickly, looks great now, and he's Much more comfortable! Thanks Again!

I had an awful experience with this optical retailer. They clearly don't value their customers and don't stand behind their products. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere else for your sunglasses. I placed the order of buy one get one free last year in August 2022, and did not get the second pair till now (May, 2023). After numerous calls and store visits they finally told me they made a mistake with my order, but refused to refund my money, instead offering a replacement with any coating I want, I had no choice but to accept that. Later, the company informed me that my order was ready for pick up, but the next day they called to demand additional payment for the replacement they offered. I was so confused until they said something like: “We don’t know if you already take away the glasses.” This was completely unacceptable and showed a total lack of respect for their customers. At the end of the conversation today, Ms. Dorothy said she will report this issue to their manager. I requested nothing more than what was fair - a refund or for the company to keep their word. Unfortunately, the issue remains unresolved, I reserve my right to escalate the issue to a higher authority and seeking legal assistance.

My wife and I went to get eye exam on the first week of February at Dr. Battani's office. We are new patients and did not know what to expect. We went there because of the many great reviews. Once we visit his office we feel welcomed because the staff and the doctor are very nice and friendly people. They care about their patients. Dr. Battani takes the time to do thorough eye exam and provide detail explanations to us. He is very thorough and very knowledgeable at what he does. I HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a great eye doctor.

Dr. Nguyen is so kind and competent. She asks all the right questions and is patient with any questions you might have. Her front desk staff are friendly and efficient, and run the office so well! They are helpful and flexible with scheduling. The office is clean and attractive and has great new testing equipment. My family has visited this office since we moved to the area two years ago.

Amazing customer service. I'm from Ohio but was in Henderson for a funeral and both of my contacts ripped and I didn't bring backups and didn't have my glasses. I called John C Lawyer and explained my situation and they were so accommodating and helpful. They had contacts ready for me to pick up in minutes. So grateful to them truly! 10/10.

Dr. Dhaliwal and his assistant Dean were absolutely wonderful! They were so caring and personable and knew exactly how to calm my sister for a much needed YAG laser surgery. Dr. Dhaliwal even arranged his day so he could have extra time to calm her before the procedure. Between him and Dean, it worked. I am happy to say the surgery was a success! I would highly recommend Dr. Dhaliwal, for any eye care you may need. He truly is outstanding at what he does, and I am so grateful, Dr. Randhawa referred him to us.

This Dr was recommended to me stating “He has great outcomes “ that is not the case. The day of surgery when I awoke I had eye pain . Within an hour it became unbearable.. I returned to the surgical center for help. Only to have him brush me off stating his surgery was fine. That started a 5 month long terrible recovery which has only now become tolerable. And my vision is not very good. I have been back and he still says his lens is ok. So he put the part in and that’s all that matters to him. No concern that my vision is not good or the pain is not resolved.. he may have steady hands but sucks at concern and empathy.. No I would not recommend him and I will find someone else to take care of my vision and see if I can get his screwup fixed. Rich Marino Nurse Practitioner
