Very friendly, easy-going atmosphere. Doctor and the ladies took good care of me. I learned that I needed a bifocal in my lenses today. I never would've thought that I needed it, at 36, but it makes a world of difference. Also, I paid out of pocket. The pricing is more than fair!

I purchased one pair of Geek Squad frames/progressive lenses in the color clear. In less than 6 months, one of the handles fell off. I wasn't worried because they came with a warranty. I took them in and was first told it would take 2 or 3 weeks to get my frames because they were not in stock. The second week someone called to inform me that my clear frames were discontinued and I had to pick either black or tortoise. I didn't like either choice but picked tortoise. I'm on week three and I'm still waiting on ONLY a frame. If you are using them for warranty work on your glasses....ask questions. Dont assume youre going to get the same glasses you bought. I didn't ask enough..

Let me start off by saying this place is not at all that good like people say. Not only did they make my prescription wrong, they proceeded to tell me my prescription took a step up and I have to adjust my eyes to my new glasses, but that can damage your eyes if they aren’t correctly made. I ended up getting a second opinion, and they instantly saw problems with the glasses. They will blame you for their mistakes. Please look elsewhere while you still can!

Dr. Kajy is the best! She knew exactly what my issues were and we took care of it right away! The whole staff is so nice & accommodating, and also have a great sense of humor. Lol I highly recommend going there from now on for your eyes! 👌👌👌 …

Great Dr. I will not take my kids anywhere else other than Dr. Markle. He efficient, fast, friendly, and was more knowledgeable than the previous 3 optometrist that we’ve seen prior in our area. I can’t thank him enough for caring enough to get to the bottom of our problem.

I love Dr jaworski. He is so personable and gets you in and out without all the loggigagging around. I used to go to a place in Soddy that would dialate my eyes every single appointment. Here there is no need for that! He really does care for his patients and I will never go anywhere else

I scheduled an 8am appointment well in advance. I check in they tell me I am to be seen in the other suite. The front desk person was very nice and professional. At the other Suite there are 4 people there who see me try to enter the locked door. I ask if I am at the wrong door they ignore me and resume their conversation. When they seen I wasn't leaving they directed me back to the first suite. I explained that I have already checked in and they sent me to this suite. He told me they were not ready for me due to seeing inmates. He said I needed to wait in the other suite. I told him I would reschedule. I called to speak to the manager who was unavailable to speak with me. The first time I went here I had a good experience. Things has seemed to change. Peoples time have to be respected otherwise why set an appointment?

The doctors, techs and eye glass specialists are all top notch. They are genuinely interested in helping each patient. My entire family goes to Dr. Hines - and we have been seeing him for years!
