I've known Dr. Hatashita for over 30 years and you couldn't find a better care provider for your eyes than him. His attention to detail and kindness are extraordinary. His wife Denise runs the office and his staff are excellent! I highly recommend him and when you see him for the first time, you will understand why.

Good doctor and his staff are well coordinated. We have been a dozen times and understand how long it takes because everyone has to have tests that simply take time. Our average is about one and a half hours each visit.

Was very happy with the service provided. The cleaners, welfare the staff and doctor showed me. I trust that I will be well taken care of and have no doubts about the surgery and my safety.

Way too long of a wait time. Unacceptable considering patients only have a few mins grace period. Didn’t see Dr until almost 50 mins after scheduled appt time. With children this is crazy to think they could be still that long just waiting. Also this isn’t a free service so you’d think a patients time was valued. It’s not here. She told me that she was working as fast as she could. Great response. I get it things happen but to be almost an hour behind is wild .

We’ve gone here for glasses for years, and never had a problem. Today was a big one. Weeks ago- my husband had a broken pair of frames and needed new ones. They had to order new frames in. They never called after the date they said they would be ready, so we showed up today to check on the progress. I guess they forgot or something, because they tried to take a pair off the display and pop his lenses in quickly before we noticed. Then she tried to tell me they hadn’t been on the display, when I saw her… go over and get them from the display. If we bought new frames- I want new frames. Not ones that have been on display! Kids dropping and kicking and stepping on them- not for the money. They had a PRICE TAG on them, so 100% from the display. They were trying to cover that someone didn’t order them or something by giving us used frames. Still lied about it, and didn’t offer a rush or anything. I had to ask for one. Mistakes happen- you don’t have to lie about them. That’s what makes me angry. ‘On one has dropped them or kicked them?’ I can guarantee they have been dropped etc. I’ve accidentally dropped display glasses… it happens. So now we have to wait another week or two for the glasses. We’ll see how that goes- no one even apologized. They acted like we were crazy. Really didn’t appreciate the entire exchange.

From the moment we walked in, the customer service was great. No long waits, paperwork was minimal, office is clean and very organized. Dr. David Blum is so friendly and takes his time with examination. You do not feel rushed at all. He ensures that all your questions are answered, and emphasizes giving his office a call at anytime for help. We left feeling so much more confident with our vision and had a sweet selection of eyewear. I’d highly recommend.

Dr Witters is an excellent doctor and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new optometrist.

I got in as a new patient fairly quickly. Everyone was kind, professional, and accommodating. Dr. Doyle was very educational, thorough, and easy to talk with. I ask a lot of questions due to anxiety but I never felt rushed or dismissed. I had a thorough exam and it was an overall pleasant appointment. Definitely recommend!

All employees were very professional and polite. Everything went very smoothly.

The service here was IMMACULATE. Legit all the staff were so nice and were very helpful. My frames broke and the pair that was recommended was not it like I looked UGLY. But one of the staff really helped me find a pair that framed my face and it was overall a good experience for both me and my mom. Would totally recommend this place!
