I won't believe how poor the service of front desk provides. Never visit this doctor office recommended.

Great place. Dr. Grant Smith is great, he takes his time with you,he doesn't rush to get through. He explains everything to you and if you have questions he will take the tome to answer them. The als have glasses place so it is so convenient for you. They are very helpful there. If you tell them that you can't afford a lot they work with you. Amazing! I recommend this place to anyone who needs eye care!

The best eye doctor I’ve ever been to! I have Glaucoma, and Dr. Shenouda has always taken the time each visit to evaluate my eyesight to try to help decrease the progression of my disease. Other doctors, I’ve been to have always treated me as a number, in and out and onto the next patient. She listens to your issues and takes the time needed to research your concerns. So grateful I was referred to Dr. Shenouda.

I know it was an appointment but I really enjoyed the tech Ashley.. she was a very thoughtful throughout the entire process.. I would recommend them ..

The doctor was patient and kind. He explained everything well! Dominique the sales manager was a joy, so professional and treated my elderly mother so well! Suzy was helpful and efficient. Great service, will return!

I have had the worst experience ever with this office. Not once but twice. The first time somehow my appointment was cancelled and my daughter's was confirmed on the same day. Makes no sense. Then today when I come in my appointment has been cancelled; reason given is because I did not confirm through a callback. Had no idea I'd been called or cancelled. I did receive numerous text messages reminding me of my appointment without the option to confirm or deny. I have never had to go through this at other offices; particularly the one on Lane. It is very disheartening and it is a waste of my time. Please do better so no one else has to experience such lack of concern.

Had to bring a friend in for procedure I was designated driver. It’s over 3 hours before They even took him in for the procedure. now I’ve just been notified after one and a half hours of being in preop they are now performing surgery that is more than 4 1/2 hours since we’ve arrived. Something is seriously wrong here and not even an apology given.

I have been a patient of Dr. Altman for years and he and his staff have always given me the best eye care service for eye exams and the best selection for glasses. They are the best in the business - my entire family switched over to his practice and we are extremely satisfied with their top notch service! Recently I had to see Dr. Altman for a case of shingles that was getting very close to my left eye. Dr. Altman is highly educated in his field and put my nerves to rest ensuring that the shingles had not gotten into the eye yet. He has an excellent way of explaining things to make me understand. His extensive knowledge, dedication, patience, recommendations and treatments are superior! I highly recommend Dr. Altman and University Eye Care!
