If you need a great eye doctor, look no further. Dr. Ward is the best optometrist in the Philadelphia area to go to, especially if you have Keratoconus like myself. The staff was friendly and helpful through the whole process. When I came into the office to be shown how to wear my new contact lenses, I nearly cried because I never knew what it was like to truly be able to see clearly, until that moment. Dr. Ward changed my vision and my life. I am forever grateful, and would rate his business 10 stars if Goggle offered the option.

Came in on 10/31/23 for a 6 months check-up. Front desk staff is extremely rude. No greetings, no acknowledgment, attitude is unacceptable. Previous staffs were way nicer and much more helpful.

Most eye Docs have personalities as dry as the El Paso desert and don't seem too happy to explain the deep retinal and optic nerve scans. Not mine. Many eye places have cordial, yet indifferent, staff members. Not mine. Every person I interacted with at the reception desk, the technician running scans/tests, AND the eye doc, were professional, but they were also friendly, with a healthy abundance of humor. This place beat out previous eye practices I've patronized, all considered the best for that area (I've had very good health insurance since 2010) in Austin, Round Rock, Houston, and multiple practices in Michigan. Almost forgot to add: very affordable, and I rate my new glasses just above my last two, including my spare Oakley's .

I absolutely love Dr.Hanke she is awesome and she cares about her patients. She listens carefully and takes pride in her job! If I could give her 10 stars I definitely would. I definitely would recommend her. She is fantastic I will always go to her.

Long time customer. Nanette was great, again. Not only ordered me a new frame for my current lenses but also had a new pair of prescription progressive sunglasses made for me in 17 minutes. I also ordered a pair of same frame, different color, progressive bifocal, transition & anti reflective without breaking the bank. Dr. Bui next door was great too!🤓

Dr. Bottini is absolutely the most pain conscious doctor ever. Getting injections in the eye for years isn't fun, but he makes it very bearable. Absolutely the best.

The staff here is great, from the front desk to the technicians/assistants, they're all friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Cranmer, who is outstanding. She takes the time to answer questions and discuss options. I highly recommend this office!

I’ve been coming here for my routine checkups/dry eyes and I have only good things to say. Everyone at this office is friendly and Dr. Yuan is always thorough, no matter how busy he is. If you suffer from dry eyes like me, ask him about punctal plugs - they are a game changer.
