Simply do not go. The audacity to call the day before your appointment exactly 24 hours ahead of time with information that impacts the outcome of your appointment is ridiculous. The company did not request a return call but I followed up. Good thing I did, my appointment would not have been what I expected. During the call, I asked several questions the woman provided some crucial answers and at one point they must have become too complicated as she began to talk over me and in circles. Negative Customer Experience!!

Dr. Angelo has a great personality and professionalism with his patients. He explains details in a way the patient understands. He listens to patient questions and provides great resources, solutions and responses. Scheduling an appointment was quick...not months out. Definitely would recommend him for future eye care.

Beginning with the front office staff, this surgery center is professional and highly competent. Everyone is warm and friendly, putting you at ease and giving you the best medical attention possible. My results from the eye surgery were fantastic and I would highly recommend Dr. Hodges to anyone looking to get cataract surgery.

I needed to get surgery for strabismus but needed to go through the process of securing health insurance. It was a grueling 5 month process waiting as I was tentatively scheduled for surgery in April but it had to be pushed to May because of insurance. Linda's team was amazing the whole way through. Big shout out to Maggie for staying in contact with me and keeping me posted with updates and coordinating all the appointments for me. Everything was really organized and in a timely manner. I had other options for an opthamologist but my parents referred me to Linda as she was their doctor and I'm so glad I switched to Linda Vision.

Worst optometrist office I’ve ever been to. Spent over $600 on RX sunglasses. The lenses started to peel. No offer to make it right unless I paid an extra $500. And after two tries to fit me in contacts, the Office Manager told me it was …

I was thoroughly screwed over. I bought glasses last year and wasn’t informed at the time that things changed with insurance. I wasn’t offered warranty protection - which I would have gladly purchased. Now I’ve got scratched up lenses that I’ll have to replace - which I’ll be doing elsewhere.

Writing on behalf of my husband: he is a physician and knows as well as anyone what doctor schedules can look like and is empathetic to all of that. He was incredibly frustrated with the way he was treated both from an administrative standpoint and a medical one. He waited OVER TWO HOURS to be seen for a 10 min follow up appointment. Nobody cared or even attempted to communicate or apologize. They called him the wrong name the entire appointment. Doctor was not prepared with his medical history. We hate to ever say anything bad about another medical professional or office but after reading other reviews it is clear this office over-books on purpose at the expense of patient care. Not ok. We would rather drive to OKC than deal with this.

We have been patients here for years and have had a great experience every time. The staff is amazing and always so friendly. Dr. Seidman is great and always makes the exam fun and very relaxed. I have worn glasses for most of my life and have had several previous eye doctors and locations that felt rushed and that I was just another number. Zero personality and an already uncomfortable situation was made worse. Dr. Seidman and her team make the experience lighthearted and fun. They know our family and always are treat us kindly and with respect. I would give them twenty stars if I could. I highly recommend them!

Cheap and very cute

The doctors, staff, and facility are just excellent. Everyone we've dealt with were both on point and empathetic, and the facility runs like a clock. I wish my own health care were so! Our little Halle had cataracts (first photo) which completely took her vision. The docs were able to restore her sight but, more importantly, her joyous and curious personality (second photo)! She had a couple of complications - her left eye was damaged by the cataract where it wouldn't support an artificial lens. And, she got out of our sight and did some damage to the surgical work two weeks out. The doctors worked wonders on both issues, and she has turned out great. But, lesson learned -- when cataracts develop, you don't have a lot of time if you want to save their eyesight. Act promptly!

Dr. Liu worked me into her daily schedule knowing I had a potential emergency. Once verified, she scheduled me ASAP for surgery. She delayed leaving for a trip so she could perform my surgery. She is caring, professional and does exceptional work. I feel very lucky to have been in the Denver area when I needed the services she provided. Thanks again Dr. Liu for everyting you did..... Ac
