Well worth the drive to Target Optical in Springfield Mall. Courteous and very thorough. Best experience with both Dr K and the front desk assistant. I appreciate their attention to detail.

Our family of four knew Dr.Keehn over twenty years. We would never consider leaving Dr. Keehn. He helped my parents throughout all these years (88 and 86 years old now). The news about him leaving the office are devastating for the whole family! We would love to follow him but our search is not successful. It’s so unfortunate to loose a doctor as Dr. Keehn. The trust that was built in Dr. Keehn’s services is absolutely irreplaceable! The knowledge that we cannot schedule an appointment with Dr. Keehn is simply bad news for our family. The staff is helpful especially when helping you choose your own glasses. I would visit there again. Not to mention that the Josh, Desiree, and Brisa are awesome people.

I have been having a very bad eye issue for two weeks now. Urgent care sent me to Dr. Rowe. He got me right in and was so kind and I loved how knowledgeable he was. He got me on some meds and the next day it already feels better. I am very lucky I was referred to him. He is a great doctor and really cares about his patients.

I went in to get my glasses adjusted because the last place I went to didn't want to adjust it for me but when I went to this Walmart they helped me in 5 min! Super friendly staff I am definitely coming in to buy my new glasses there once I get a new prescription!👍👍👍 …

Dr Blum and the staff is amazing. I have it 3 stars because it is extremely hard reaching their office, even during normal business hours. I’ve left a number of voicemails with no response. I’ve been trying to reach their office for about a month now. I just tried emailing in hopes I receive a response this way. I was seen in March 2023 and the experience was amazing- no wait times, great staff, clean environment, and he was very personable. The turnaround time for my glasses was absolutely amazing too. I’ve been having problems for about a month now and continuously calling their office with no response nor answer during normal business hours. This is disturbing because I’m sure i need a new eye exam to see what the problem is or perhaps a new pair of glasses. I would hate to have to find a new eye doctor and I’m trying to be as patient as possible but I feel my eyes are getting worse and the customer response time is horrible. I hope to hear from them- soon. It is so hard to get in contact with this office, even during normal business hours. You can leave messages which says you’ll get a return call in 24-48 hours which is bullcrap. I left several messages!!!! I been calling since mid- late November/ early December and still haven’t received a response from their office. He’s a great doctor, extremely personable and has amazing staff but what’s the point if you can’t even reach them when in need. My prescription is still valid (it hasn’t been a year) so i left a voicemail requesting a copy of my prescription to take elsewhere to avoid having to pay for a new eye exam which my insurance probably won’t cover- still no response. Absolutely horrible !!!!

Dr. Behforouz is a very good doctor and has done eye surgery on almost everybody in my family. The 4 star is because the wait time at his office is very long and it seems to me that the work flow is not efficient. My appointment from the time I arrived to the time I left was exactly two hour of which I saw him for about 5 minutes or so. There were 12 people sitting in the wait room which is too many. A consulting company can look at his operation and make changes for more efficiency.

I came here twice in one week all after 2 pm the first time I forgot my son’s prescription. They said nothing about appointments necessary after 2 pm. Today I was told I had to have an appointment. The place was empty all I needed was to pick out glasses we had our on prescription. We had to use Lyft so it cost over $20 to even get there. No where on website, flyers or doors does it say an appointment is needed. So if you need anything from this place make sure to call and make an appointment. They change up the rules daily.

This is the perfect place to shop for glasses. The ladies there greet you with a smile and even a giggle. They make sure all payments are explained. Angela takes out time in helping you choose the best frames that fit. She will not let you purchase what doesn't fit your style. She’s great at her job🩵 …

I’ve been a patient of this location for several years and the receptionist, I believe her name is Donna, is always amazing. She is always so kind and goes above and beyond and is the reason why I love going to VisionCare Cumberland.

I've been going here about 5 years now and really love the practice-- everyone is very warm, friendly, helpful. Bought my glasses here, and I've noticed the staff are more helpful than at a chain-- they seem to be more thorough AND the cost is actually less than (they're great at billing my insurance so I pay the lowest cost). As a bonus: I had some eye pain on a weekend-- called them up and they fit me in right away, getting an eyelash out. Saved me a very costly trip to the emergency room.
