Their front end staff is generally unlikeable and unknowledgeable. I had Elizabeth tell me I should "just leave" when I asked about pricing on the exam vs. Pricing at Costco. The doctor was fine. Robotic and incredibly upset to even be at work, but fine. Additionally, after reading their financial policies, the fact that this business will bill people for missed appointments but can't bill for services and require cash payment at time of service is a joke. Capitalism at it's worst, do not go to this business.

he did a wonderful job. I had cataracts in both eyes and he suggested the best lens and it’s great. I can see close and far away now without glasses on it was a painless route procedure. He did a great job on top notch. I would highly recommend them for anyone that wanted to call me have their eyes fixed. It’s such a quick easy procedure. And I can see great now better than I have in years even with Glasses no I don’t have to wear any top-notch surgical center. Everybody was very nice and I couldn’t be happier.

I have been a patient at Northwest Eye Care Professionals for almost 6 years due to sustaining a moderate Traumatic Brain Injury in 2016. I’m a rather demanding person at times due to my TBI and the doctors and support staff are amazing at working through the issues with me what ever they may be. As to the clinical side of the practice, while I usually see Dr. Julia, I have seen all the doctors there and would recommend every single one of them. The care and knowledge that goes into every visit is superior. They actually listen to you and are always solution oriented when it comes to the many challenges I face with my eyes due to my Traumatic Brain Injury. I will never be able to say enough about the stellar care I have received from Northwest Eye Care Professionals starting on day one as a patient.

Overall this was a positive experience! The wait time wasn’t too bad and the staff seemed attentive and easy going. The imaging and cataract exam was not my favorite. I’m the type of person that likes getting walked through the process before it happens. The attendant who ran my exams didn’t exam anything which threw me off but the ophthalmologist was so nice! The customer service rep, Rosy helped me select my glasses and walked me through my insurance coverage. She made amazing recommendations and was super sweet! I would definitely go back here considering I got two pairs of glasses for a steal!

Dr. Lalezary is highly professional and very knowledgeable. He always makes me feel comfortable about my condition and I truly appreciate the way he explains medical issues in simple terms. He is a great and gifted retinologist and I highly recommend him!

The Doctor genuinely felt compassion for my eye situation and tried his best to figure it out (3 separate visits only charged for original exam). When he felt I needed further testing he did recommend me to a specialist who could do more testing. I applaud this Optometrist and will continue making him my main eye doctor.

Dr. Kessinger has been my eye doctor for several years now. She has always provided excellent eye care. She suggested new medications and/or new treatments when existing treatments weren't working. Dr. K has worked to find the most affordable way to provide the best care possible. Thank you, Dr. K!

Getting LASIK was the best decision I ever made. The second best decision was getting it here! I can't say enough good things about my entire experience. The staff (Sabrina, Nick, Jacquelyn, Lexie, all the doctors) truly make you feel catered to and not just any other patient. They are honest and truthful, they take necessary precautions and they never tried to pressure me into anything. I unfortunately had to reschedule my first surgery but they were so accommodating and rescheduled all my appointments to when I was ready. They ran extra tests on my eyes during my consultation and the day before the procedure to ensure my eyes were safe. They were honest to tell me I was not a candidate for LASIK in my right eye since my cornea is too thin and offered me alternate options. I ended up going with MonoVision LASIK which does not correct my right eye to 20/20 but will still be clear. I was also informed I would not be eligible to have a correction done in the future (if needed). My pricing was adjusted and I paid for the lower plan, when they could have easily sold me the more expensive one and I would have never been the wiser. The day of the procedure everyone was so caring and put me at ease and so much comfort. The procedure was done quickly and without a hitch. And they still haven't forgotten about me because I've been back two times with another follow up in a week. I will recommend 20/20 to anyone and everyone and I would return to them (if I could!)

Great experience

Back again a few months later for my 3rd pair of eyeglasses. This is my #1 go to for eyeglasses and eye exams!!! Everyone is super nice, attentive, and professional!!! It's clean and quiet so you can concentrate on what you need. The manager, Afzal Yakub, is very patient, professional, and efficient. Bibi behind the counter is super nice! Awesome customer service!! The prices, styles, and brands are great!!! Highly recommend this business for all your eyeglass needs!!! Whenever I have to move this is the only business I’m going to for eyeglasses!!! Thank you so much again!!!❤️❤️❤️❤️ Loyal customer since 2019.

I've been going to America's Best for 15+ years (for exams, contacts & glasses) now I take my children there for their glasses and I highly recommend! We always have a great experience, all of their services/products are affordable. Hannah is amazing! Ask for her! You won't be disappointed 🙂 …
